They should close this branch. Staff changed during last year and now its only good for ATM use. Very unprofessional staff. Only one tiny room for locker which is always busy. So called Mortgage specialist dont know basic things. Mostly one advisor is available for all customers.

Donno when RBC will recognise that ppl goto work at 9 am and finish work at 5pm. This bank opens at 930am and closes at 5pm. What a joke..

They don't even deserve one star for their incompetence. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I guess they do not value good customers.

Third time bad experience in this branch, today coustomer representative lady had booked my appointment of 3pm, and I had gone there 1 , after 1hour 45 minute waiting she said me that we can not attend you, If they have already booked appointment for others in same time then why she waste my time. This is not good coustomer service.
