CIBC Branch & ATM

I m glad to write this review. I have been using this branch for the past 1 year and I always found the staff very courteous and supportive. I normally visit during Saturdays only and feel 2 CSR desks mostly sufficient. My financial advisor Ms.Caroline has been more than a financial advisor ( just like a family financial planner) but always goes extra mile with a genuine care and interest in helping customers. I have never seen anyone in my banking experience so far. She and the current CSR team there in this branch is truly a great asset. keep it up!

Dealing with this branch since it opened up, from the day one, customer service is terrible, Customer service reps have no knowledge or skills and no change. Line up is always long and never saw more than 2 counters open. All together, Slow and terrible service. My advice try to avoid getting in line.

If all you ever do is visit saturdays, this is the branch for you. If you are in business- RUN AWAY. Going a step further, avoid CIBC altogether...I could detail but it's sufficient to say this branch is understaffed and poorly operated from my point of view.

Worst service ever and staff are not noligable, I will never go to this branch again.

The service is terrible and slow. The representatives lack knowledge in many things. Any questions I have they want me to refer to my home branch although the questions are really simple and easy. If you require any modifications to your account just remember at this Branch they will try to make you go away they will try to make you go to your home Branch or to some other Branch so they can avoid doing work. I hope the management or whoever operates CIBC reads this comment and understands that they lack services to their clients
