Melanie Garcia....The most unhelpful,indifferent,far from politeness,rude and uptight person is surprisingly the Manager of Customer Services at TD'S branch #2073 at Hurontario and Wanless...... I have heard about the bank politics amongst the staff in the banking culture and an inept person like Melanie Garcia holding a post requiring attributes that she cannot have in probably 10 lifetimes to 'serve' customers goes on to prove that even TD is inflicted with this disease. 
Rude,mean,disrespect,full of apathy and proudly so. What a disgrace and shame some people are to a big name like TD!!!
