Subhan, is the man. Took care of business and confirmed the information needed without any hassle. I don't get the hate this place gets. It's a bank, there's gonna be wait times sometimes. P.s. the app for most banks works wonders. People should try it.

I have had 3 very bad experiences with this bank with advisors. The manager at the time called me and justified the banks wrong doings. The tellers are friendly but the wait time is too long. It is very difficult to get in and out of this plaza. There are not enough staff at the branch for the volume of people coming in. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told I need to wait an extra 10 minutes to get smaller bills that I pre ordered. Now it is 4 bad experiences and counting. This corporation does not respect their customer's time. After waiting 40 min they did not have the smaller bills that I ordered.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Made a phone appointment for 4:15pm but they kept calling while I was at work 30 minutes before. Then after 2 attempts by 4:10 the appointment was cancelled. Why even let me choose a time if you're going to call when you feel like?

Guard not doing her job, she’s always on her phone when I come here to bank , she sticks her feet out in the walk way , you always trip over the guard cause she’s always sitting talking on the phone

Super slow staff. There were only 3 people in front of me and still I waited 40 minutes and finally I stepped out of the bank without getting my thing done. WORST branch WORST staff. WORST management.nnThey don’t value your time.
