One of the awful branches, my suggestion is that don't visit this branch. Associates at this branch are unprofessional with no customer service skills and don't even know how to tackle customers. Recently, I walked in for the purpose to apply for an credit card, the associate asked for my study permit which was unnecessary and told me to wait for 5 minutes and I waited for an hour and at the end she booked my appointment. She could have told me this earlier. And this is not my first time in past same thing happened. Management is also very disgusting.

Tellers often ask unnecessary personal questions under the guise of “making conversation,” which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Deposits have been messed up multiple times, and there was no accountability or remorse once the damage was already done. Lines take hours because the branch is severely understaffed. Overall, it genuinely feels like mistakes are allowed—or even encouraged—so customer traffic drops and they can continue operating with the same minimal staff. Extremely frustrating experience.

Recommend to everyone this location because every time I get great and quick service by Kerees Ter Hall and she is so humble and helping lady. She has great experience and helps to done 3.4 things in just 10 minutes. I really love her service and want to say her thank you

I visited this branch on 05.01.2026 . The staff is so unprofessional and no customer service no proper answer. One of the rudest staff i have ever seen in banking field. No manner to how to speak very bad experience never visit this branch again.Mostly the front desk staff is need to change.

Waste of time and no customer service skillsnWaited over 20 minutes to speak to a advisor Tiffany and had an appointment no even acknowledge that I was there. Finally, she came out with attitude. I will definitely be changing banks terrible. First impression run away from this bank. Get your mortgage and financials from someone else I regret using them .
