Very bad experience with this branch especially investment advisor Ridhima sharma. Invested some money with her in January. Now I’m trying to contact her via email , phone and visiting branch . But no response. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t want to write it here but after trying to contact her for 2-3 months I am so disappointed and frustrated. I want branch manger to contact me .

I’m only giving two stars for the teller that helped me. Service was good but I waited around 45- 50 mins just to deposit money into my account. The lineup on Fridays are normally long, so having two tellers open, just didn’t make sense.

Poor service. Good luck getting in touch via phone. Clever employees keep their voicemail inbox full, so they don't have to serve customers.

This branch is really mismanaged. I was there earlier in the week and simply left due to the line-up. Today there must have been at least 20 customers in line and only 3 counters open, of which one was catering to the elderly. During the wait, the lady at one of the counters closed up for lunch. The wait time was a good 30-40 mins which is totally unacceptable. I guess I'll be banking elsewhere for sure.

Worst branch. Super slow with lineups any day/time of the week. Last time I was there, 10 customers in the teller line while one teller was open. About 6 waiting for appointments. They are not short staffed. Around 5 female staff busy giggling chit chatting high fiving with the branch manager near his desk while all of us wait to be attended.
