Amazing customer service by Jessica Lopes. Helped me with an important transaction and made sure it was done precisely how I requested, even if it meant overtime after the branch closed its doors.

Busy branch. Were welcomed by Jessica with a smile and she engaged our kids throughout our meeting with F.A (Mr. Shahab Sheikh).

Please meet Mr. Shahab for your usual financial needs. He is fantastic. Did our mortgage and he is the only and probably the last guy who was ever able to sell mortgage protection. We also opened an account with him and are MOVING OUR BANKING FROM "RBC" to this Branch.....

Its always easy to WHINE but hard to appreciate....

Terrible and unprofessional, the customer service manager arbiah breached my privacy by reading my SIN out loud without even identifying me! Tried to make a complaint and it's like a wild goose chase, very unorganized staff are untrained they don't really know what to do can't answer questions. Save your time and energy go to RBC

BAD Exp. All guys are just busy in their own off gossip and very unprof.

Went there for a Loan application which was not even entertained by a agent. No body discussed clearly the process or the reqts of loan appl. 

I wonder how these guys CSR get recruited.
