RBC Royal Bank

Like others have said " This Is The Worse Branch Ever" . Shame on RBC for letting such clowns run this place like a bunch of kids .Manager is just as useless as the staff there . This place is a real joke and nothing will get done so save your time and your efforts and go somewhere else. Staff have no clue nor have proper training to help customers .I can only imagine that they could not find a job else where so they were hired here to do absolutely NOTHING of good use . I can see a bright future for " Those clowns" selling tomatoes in the vegetables market.

Extremely disappointment. Everything goes to voice mail and no call returns. In branch they make you sign up for high fee account but would not share further details. I opened a business and personal account 3 days back and missing my papers. Have called two times and left two voice mails but no one has returned my calsl. Rana please call me I am waiting. Where is my overdraft protection, where are the safety deposit box details? Where is my check book man? I will report this BBB if I did not get any reply from this branch by next week.

Had an issue with a deposit I made last week, Made a money draft deposit and it shouldn't have been put on hold, when I found out the funds were on hold, I called customer service and they transferred me to the branch where I made the deposit, I left a message to the assistant manager marked as urgent last Friday, a week later and still haven't got a response or even a courtesy call. Unfortunately, some people think themselves "superior" to others and RBC don't really care about the quality of service, it just considering this is mostly "South Asian" community, so the manager, asst. manager and most of the staff should be from the same community, again, nobody really care about the service quality or the customers as long as they are "minorities" in that community !!
