We had an amazing experience working with Goldie Sharma at CIBC. He made the entire mortgage process incredibly easy and stress-free. Goldie was always in touch, keeping us updated and guiding us every step of the way. He was proactive, flexible, and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing—he handled everything with very little effort required from us. On top of that, he secured us an excellent rate—really fought for us! We truly felt like we were in good hands. My experience was similar to many others who left reviews. While I understand that this branch can be busy, the staff here are neither efficient nor knowledgeable. I waited in line for 15 minutes, and with only 25 minutes left before closing, I finally reached the counter to upgrade my account. The branch manager told me it would take 20 minutes, but then claimed he couldn't complete the upgrade because he needed to clear the line. In reality, I ended up waiting for another 25 minutes at the counter, listening to an unconvincing argument from the manager that I should go to another location or wait two weeks for an appointment with an advisor. This was particularly shocking to me, as I couldn't understand why, in a service industry, he couldn't assist me directly or why his front-end staff weren't trained to handle account upgrades. Meanwhile, senior management stayed in their offices, not helping to clear the line or offer any support, and were more focused on wrapping up their own work as closing time approached. I called the head office to report the poor service, and they were just as surprised to hear about it. They were able to upgrade my account in just five minutes, and even mentioned that it should never have taken more than that at the branch. I suggest others to call CIBC service complaint line so it can be escalated to the right folks.

Great branchnThey always nice and helpful, specially a lady Francisca. Even if is a long line, she try to direct or help you in the best way, so you spend less time in line. No so many cashiers so sometimes it's get a bit busy, but when is your turn they help you Zaan is also a great costumer service

What a bad experience. Taking 20 minutes for one client amd 5 employees in the background just roaming around and just one of them working at the desk. Lineup of 10 people behind me and nobody cares. Took an hour just to get a bank draft.

Be aware this branch should be avoided at all cost long lineups all day.nIf you carry a balance on your line of credit or credit card. Cibc will increase your interest rate with no warning for no reason but greed
