Found the hotel to be on par with expectations for their location and price point. Room was good sized and clean. Breakfast was simple but I found it tasty enough. Then again I'm not very picky. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the parking charge which the check-in agent did not advise me about when she took my license plate. The parking is $9 per day so it's not that it's a lot of money but with most hotels including it for their guests it feels cheap and gougy. When I mentioned it during checkout the agent said "oh, the check-in agent should have told you". A well trained front desk agent would have comped it on the spot, turning a negative impression into a positive one. Oh, and the reviews mentioning the elevators, the public housing feel and the children are true.

The window sill was soaked because the roof leaked, the seal in the window was gone and whistles all night. The toilet ran as well and sweated so much the floor was wet. The bathroom sink let go when I was rinsing my bathing suit out after swimming in the pool that, the roof leaked over the deck. The gym equipment is old/broken. Various things look like they've been replaced here and there but there are many repairs still needing to be done. The food in the restaurant was good, breakfast and dinner, really expensive. $3.50 for coffee and $5.00 for a bagel. What saves this place is the employees. They are pleasant and accommodating, and clean as much as they can.

Just to inform everyone this hotel is being used for temporary housing. It felt like a half way house for refugees. The elevators are old and incredibly slow plus the permanent guests /residence children ( which are in abundance) are using them to go up and down in for fun, certainly does not help the situation! Children are running around everywhere! The hotel seems very un safe. People should know beforehand what type of hotel this is prior to booking..... I thought Radisson was a hotel chain not a welfare housing complex!

Convenient location, and easy access to 401. I have been using this hotel since 2005. The quality have been degrading since then. The owner / company do not seems to be spending money to keep the quality. It use to be free parking but now a days they are charging (since the last 4 years, if I remember correctly), I think this is acceptable but perhaps allow it to be free or small free for people staying at this hotel. The breakfast is also not the best these days. I would rather spend that money outside to have a good breakfast. For the reasons above, I’m giving 3* ratings.

If I could give it a 0 I would! Room was dirty. I had to ask for clean sheets as there was hair all over the bed. Hotel was dirty and smelly. There were also temporary/permanent residents there that were letting their children run all over the place. In the lobby and outside there were groups of sketchy men hanging around. I felt very unsafe at this location. I stayed one night and checked in another hotel. Staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate as much as they could. Some guests were screaming at them. This hotel should have extra security and they should inform short term staying guest that this hotel is used a temporary housing for large families. The kicker is when I Checked out and was waiting for a taxi to get me the hell out of there a school bus showed up to pick all the kids up for school. NEVER AGAIN will I be staying at this radisson.
