I booked the North Rose Suite at Novotel North York hotel for getting ready on my wedding photo shoot day, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The suite is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Whatever we needed, they brought it to us quickly. Overall, I loved my experience and am so happy with my booking. I highly recommend this suite to all brides-to-be.
Reception staff were very rude mainly female staff having to pay for parking, paying full price for a room that advertises a gym and pool but couldn’t use either the the small gym the do off her is poor. Vending machine is often out of water and when we asked if we could have some off the cleaners we were told we couldn’t as this was only for guest who were arriving. I called house keeping after a week and requested Fresh bed linen to return to a made up bed and no fresh linen.nnArea was okay close to and underground more enjoyable would be enjoyed more by people who mainly only like to eat Chinese food I recommend getting a car but hotel parking is expensive $21 per day
Booked a 3 night stay at this hotel.nnPros:n- Great location to coffee shops, drug stores, food etc..n- Our room was nice and cleann- Staff were friendlynnCons:n- A/C was not blowing cold air at all!n- Beds were hardn- Room was expensive and did not have much to offer. No free breakfast! I will add that our server Adam was fantastic the one morning we decided to get breakfast.n- Paid parkingnnI will most likely not book with this hotel again due to how much we paid for the room without having any other benefits.
The staff at front desk are so helpful, especially John! He was very kind, helpful and professional, which made our stay even better. The location is great, but I think the rooms need a little more work when it comes to cleanliness. Will be back soon & will definitely recommend Novotel NY.
I only give this three star to the hotel Night Adult staff Robert. My case was I book 5 night at the location, but the first night me and my boyfriend check in, we encountered allergic and asthma symptoms due to the unclean and existed dust in the quilt in the bed. After I take a shower and remove my makeup and lay on the pillow, my whole face is red and occur allergic symptoms. It is Robert who keep helping me to figure out solutions to solve our problems. Please Novotel hotel, I beg you to improve your standards of bedding cleanliness and make every room more fresh air, having hotel room with no windows that can open is really sad, customers like us really need fresh air during our stay at the hotel , by the way also want to thank the security person at the night adult, also help us a lot , really appreciate Robert and that security’ s help.
