Quality Inn & Suites

The room we got was exceptionally good with large queen/double bed. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The staff is courteous. Check in is at 3pm but they got us checked in by 1. Breakfast is not that great but it's ok as it's complimentary. Tea coffee is available 24hrs. Overall very impressed and happy fornthe price we paid which was the lowest. We booked through hotel dot com .

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was provided complimentary and was ok nothing great. Has an indoor pool. Good staff. Rooms are very comfortable and price is very reasonable. You can order food from nearby restaurants or from uber eats.

The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. It looked like some renos were being done around the pool, as there was white paint that had dripped down the walls.

My friend and I stayed here for a 3 day conference within one of the hotels meeting rooms. We were given an amazingly cheap group rate . We found our room extremely clean and the beds were luxurious to sleep in. Very good cleaning staff and check in clerk. Thank you for making this a time to remember. A tremendously good place to stay. They have a swimming pool and laundry faculties on site. Thank you Quality Suites Hotel!

I stayed there once and that was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. The hotel staff was very rude to me at the time of check-in and when I went to the General Manager to notify him about misbehaviour of their staff, the GM himself started misbehaving with me and I found that General Manager the most rude, unprofessional and unethical person. He truly don’t qualify to work in hotel management industry. Very bad staff and very bad place to stay. I will recommend everyone NOT to even think of staying at Qaulity Inn Brampton.
