The rooms are dark; the toilet wasn’t working. The service was good though- they tried to fix it once I reported the issue. It’s pretty close to airport so convenient to uber in. Food is not covered in the room’s rate, so be prepared to pay. Ravneet, the manager is good. Some other staff were a bit indifferent. Laundry facility is good - front desk can help in getting the detergent and coins. Fitness center is small but has enough equipment to get a workout.
Disappointing Service, Poor Maintenance, and Overpriced!nI rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences here have been incredibly frustrating.nI stayed at this property two weekends in a row May 16 and again on May 23, wanting to give them a second chance after a poor first impression. Unfortunately, nothing improved.nThe front desk staff is consistently rude and unwelcoming. During my second stay, we arrived late around 9:00 PM. My son had an early morning basketball tournament and was starving, but checking in was an ordeal. I was the only person in the lobby, yet the agent made me wait for a significant amount of time with zero explanation or acknowledgement.nBecause we got in late and needed to rest for the tournament, we decided to just buy food from their lobby pantry instead of going back out. They charged an absolute fortune for three cup noodles and bottles of water. While I know hotel convenience markets have a markup, the prices here were outright gouging.nTo make matters worse, the property's upkeep is lacking. The elevator was visibly dirty, and the hallways had a noticeable, unpleasant odor.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.nnDuring my stay, someone broke into my vehicle in the hotel parking area and attempted to steal it. The thieves smashed my window, opened up the dashboard wiring, and caused significant damage while trying to start the vehicle. This was an incredibly stressful experience and completely ruined my trip.nnTo make matters worse, the room had maintenance issues. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the coffee machine was also broken.nnI understand that hotels cannot control every criminal act, but guest safety should be a priority. Given what happened to my vehicle and the condition of the room, I cannot recommend staying here.nnPlease do not stay here if you value your safety, security, and peace of mind. My vehicle was damaged and nearly stolen while parked at this property. I will never stay here again.
honestly, this is a really good hotel. The staff is so gracious and accommodating. Anything that needs fixing is fixed so quickly. The only issue that I have is that the Room water is not even remotely hot even at the plain hot setting with no Cold water turned on at all, it's lukewarm at best. And it's really hard to shower in that especially when you come to a hotel, hoping to take wonderful showers. But other than that, everything is awesome. A few things needed fixing, faucet was leaking , water cool and it warm still the same, I had a microwave needed fixing, t v remote replaced BUT they did all these things so fast : The only reason anything even needs fixing is because we're gonna be here for a couple of weeks while the house gets renovated, and like any single thing that needed to be done they did almost immediately and I'm very impressed with the customer service and also the kindness of the staff and you can tell that they get along well with each other, which is really really nice. It's very clean housekeeping is amazing and when you walk in, it feels like a resort. I'm really quite impressed actually especially compared to the other location of further down the street. The other Hilton was a terrible experience and so we came here and were so happy that we did.
We had a truly lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Brampton. From the moment we arrived, Avneet at the front desk welcomed us so warmly and made the check-in experience very pleasant. Her kindness and professionalism immediately made us feel comfortable.nnThe rooms are incredibly spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.nnBreakfast was absolutely wonderful with a great selection of food. A very special thank you to our amazing waitress, Asha. She went above and beyond to take such good care of us, especially with our baby and her allergies. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure to check what our baby could safely eat. That level of care meant so much to us as parents.nnOverall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. This hotel is truly a 10/10, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
