Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton

Not bad, but not great either - Stayed 2016 I booked this hotel because it was both close to the airport and close to the site I was working at. They have free and plenty of parking which was great. I went in January and their snow-clearing people did a great job making sure the roads were clear. The restaurant (dinner) food was OK but overpriced. The breakfast buffet was OK (about $12 CAD) The gym was practically non-existent. No weights to speak off but adequate exercise bike, treadmill and elliptical machines. I had the suite which was quite comfortable and spacious. It came with a fridge, microwave and Keurig machine. Two TVs.

I have been going to this hotel for a conference for over 3 years. Their breakfast is so rich, so many healthy options too. Beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and there is ample parking

The breakfast is pretty basic. No fruits or cookies at the front desk. King room does not have a bath tub but a standing shower. Bed frame looks cheap. The guests encountered at the property were chewing tobacco and very unruly etc. I would not recommend business visitors to stay here. The only good part is the connectivity to 407 ETR.

Staying in the King bed suite was nice. They have a jet tub and sophisticated shower. The location is ideal for guests attending weddings in Brampton as well as those looking for relaxing getaway. The room service is only available between 5pm-10pm, which is probably one of the few downsides. Otherwise the hotel also offers a swimming pool, workout area and breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Beds are very hard so if you're used to soft mattress, don't come here. My wife's back and hips were sore the next morning. We had to ask for another room because the water pipes in the bathroom were "ticking" quite loud and the noise was keeping us up. Only gave 2 stars for this reason. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
