Days Inn Brampton

The hotel itself was of standard quality. Nothing fancy. Exactly what you expect from a Days Inn but the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I am so impressed with the man at the front desk. I had an incident with a creepy pizza delivery guy who asked if I was in the hotel alone. The man at the front desk upgraded me to the king suite free of charge so I could feel more comfortable(the creepy guy knew what my room number was) I was so happy that he did that without me even asking. Best service I’ve had at a hotel, hands down.

Older hotel but very clean and my heater worked really well to keep me warm all night. I was on the first floor but the blackout curtains kept lights out well. Good value if you just need a place to sleep. I also got 100 airmiles out of it :)

You cant expect much from a local chain Hotel. But customer service is awesome. Room size are very decent. And with decent parking. Srounded with all the needs.

I went to check in and was told I did not have a reservation...? The desk girl checking me in asked if I booked on-line to which I replied yes. She told me the confirmation numbers never matched their system do could not tell me why as my name didn' t bring up snything either. I had to borrow someones phone to get my email to show her my confirmation. Then she said ' you booked for a different date'. I looked at the date and it was the night I placed the booking. I said I did not put that date in. She expmained that when you book on- line it changes the date on you and you have to pay attention to the confirmation. She said it happens all the time and I was not even tbe first person that night. So I paid for a stay I booked well padt the check in time. I am beyond livid. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A PROPERTY BY THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
