Not clean, smell of urine near lifts. Bedsheets and towels are not at all clean.... The places is quite dated and needs to remodeled. The location is good, as its near downtown Brampton. But due to its profile, it attracts wrong crowd. There are many low cost hotels nearby. Avoid this place!

It was pathetic, very dirty and cheap grade motel. Don’t rely on images online, it was unhygienic and the customer service was dull.

I wish I could post negative stars. The hotel is filthy. The desk clerk was arguing with a "guest" on the phone because they didn't check out (leave) I think they have long term "guests" here. The elevator is on its last legs and we opted for the stairs due to safety. The hallways and lobby smell like smoke and pot. The overall look of the hotel is decrepit, broken and dirty. Mold on the walls and windows, the tv looks like it was melted... I could go on... don't book this hotel.

It was sketchy and dirty to the max extent of its levels. Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 10 mins exact and got ourselves another hotel! Its a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! All I saw there were druggies and psycotics! Id suggest please DONOT SPEND IT HERE. Might as well burn your money instead.

The room i stayed in 411 has blood stains on the wall and ceiling and had a bullet hole in the wall. Hotel gave no effort to re paint or cover up the blood or bullet hole. Not a good night sleep looking at that.
