I honestly didn’t expect much but I had a fantastic stay at Monte Carlo.nnThe staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. My King Suite room was very clean upon arrival and all amenities like TV, Air Conditioning and shower all worked perfectly.nnThere is plenty to do around the hotel, with lots of shopping and restaurants within a 3-5 minute drive. You will be a bit limited for options if walking.nnParking is provided and the lot has plenty of space.nnThe continental breakfast is a bit on the basic side toast, bagels, cereal, coffee but a great touch that is included with your stay.nnExcellent value for money and a quality hotel. Will be back for sure!

I had a terrible experience at the Monte Carlo hotel in Brampton. I checked in early on January 20th, and the staff informed me that I had the room for the day and the night, with checkout scheduled for January 21st at 11 a.m. However, they later forced me to check out on the same day January 20th by 11 a.m., completely disregarding what they originally told me.nnThe manager, Chirag Shah, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and refused to listen to my concerns. He did not know how to communicate respectfully, especially with female customers. He was aggressive and dismissive, cutting me off when I tried to explain the situation.nnThis hotel seems to operate as a scam. They wrote the date “20” on the paperwork I signed, but verbally stated I could stay until 11 a.m. the next day January 21st. This deliberate misinformation left me feeling cheated and disrespected.nnThe staff lacks basic customer service skills, and the overall management is atrocious. I strongly urge the owner to fire Chirag Shah immediately, as he is damaging the hotel’s reputation.nnAvoid staying at Monte Carlo in Brampton at all costs. Their unprofessionalism and dishonesty make it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I’m going to be nice and give you 2 stars, but staff needs to be trained better. Please do not confirm things that are not true for example being able to check in at 5-7am by your team. If that is not the case. Make that clear. I had to rebook and cancel my stay with this place multiple times for their miscommunication.nnAs per Chirag or whatever the general managers name is. Don’t make threats to report me to the third party booking site “hotels.com”.nnLearn to deal with your customers/ clients better in a more welcoming tone. It will help you.nnEat shyt.

We found the staff very friendly .  The front desk was always staffed and again very friendly .  The room was ready when we checked in , the room was clean and comfortable .  We had the complimentary continental breakfast the 3 mornings that we were there and everything was fresh and there was an option for an $8 full breakfast that my husband enjoyed .nThis location is 5 min from a major mall and many restaurants .  We would stay here again .

Disappointing ExperiencenI had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. The receptionist, Manas, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I also noticed inappropriate activities, including him bringing in questionable girls, which made the environment feel unsafe.nnThis kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel management takes action to address it. I cannot recommend staying here.
