Quality Inn Homestead Park

The wife and have been traveling for the past ten days and staying in motels, heading from Ohio to Washington and this has been our best experience this trip. Extremely nice room, awesome complimentary breakfast that is cooked to order. The cook takes your order directly, and makes it how you want. If we ever get out to Billings again we will definitely be staying here. Trinity and the night manager are the best.

The hotel was nice and clean, and overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, There were a couple of things worth noting. There was no elevator, so I had to pay extra to get the room on the first floor. It would be helpful if this were made more apparent during booking. It was quite nosey at night due to guests chatting in the hallway or common area; politely reminding the guests to keep the noise down during nighttime hours would go a long wait in helping everyone get a good night's sleep. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Rooms were simple, beds were comfy. The TV was glitchy and it wasn’t entirely clean near the wall where the beds were at and we did have a stained pillow. One of our lamps didn’t work, but the front desk informed me after that it was on a switch so that would have been nice to know before hand but that’s life I guess. The pool was a very nice temperature and the hot tub was relaxing, I couldn’t get the sauna to warm up so we didn’t use it. It was nice to have a made to order breakfast for the adults included. Thankfully my kids were fine with the continental breakfast.

Older motel that is a little worn but clean. No elevator but stairs are wide. It has a great pool and hot tub. The staff is great. They have a cooked to order breakfast with basic bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns and pancakes that is very good. The only gripe was the heater made more noise than usual. We usually stay there whenever we are in Billings.

I called this hotel at 10pm on my way into town stating I will not arrive until 5 am because of the long drive I have ahead of me. I ensured availability to checkout at 12:30pm because of how exhausted I would be after my drive. When I arrived the front desk ensured this was put in the books. House keeping has been banging on my door since 11am on the dot. I tried to explain this to her and she refused to listen and began telling me I need to leave. Im a gold member on choice hotels but this clearly means nothing since I was treated like absolute garbage at this hotel.
