Quality Inn Homestead Park

The service here was really good right off the bat. A guy named Isaiah helped me out and he went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I needed. He was super professional and courteous. I am in a king suite and a suite is nice a little dated but still nice, also very clean. Solid four stars out of five except five for the service. Thanks again Isaiah

This is a great place to go if you are looking for something affordable and clean. Their rooms are a bit dated but they keep the place clean. The beds and pillows are pretty comfy. The pool, hot tub and sauna are really nice. Love the breakfast, the ladies cook fresh eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes to order. Will definitely stay again.

The pros are the room was clean. The rooms are cheap. Breakfast was ok.nnThe cons are they tried to make us pay for Breakfast the Breakfast because I had kids in the room with me and my wife. As this is the second time we've stayed here and had issues getting Breakfast vouchers last time was not everyone in the 2 rooms went to Breakfast at the same time, this time they wanted to charge us because we had a 4yr and 17yr old staying in the 4 person room with my wife and I. Breakfast was included but you they wanted to charge extra for the hot portion eggs, sausage, ect.

Absolutely Unacceptable — A Complete Violation of Privacy and Safety nnOur stay at this hotel was one of the most unsettling travel experiences we’ve ever had. Hotel staff entered our room twice without knocking — both times while we were inside — despite us clearly stating that we were booked until Sunday morning.nnThen, after being away for the afternoon, an entirely new family was checked into our room and walked in on us while we were changing for dinner. Yes, you read that correctly — strangers were given keys to our occupied room.nnWhen I went to the front desk to address this, the staff simply brushed it off. I explained the situation, asked them to confirm our reservation, and requested a call back to clarify what happened. No one ever called us. No apology, no accountability, nothing.nnAt that point, we no longer felt safe staying in the hotel. We checked out immediately and found somewhere else — because once your room is treated like an open door, there’s no reason to believe your belongings or personal safety are secure.nnCompletely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unsafe. If you value your privacy or even basic hotel standards, stay far away from this place.

Sometimes a facility can earn 5 stars for things other than just room quality! The rooms were of standard quality for the type of hotel, decent size. BUT! The staff was fantastic and truly earned 5 stars! In the morning we walked down to breakfast and after a few minutes we realized that our 5 year old had ran off down the halls and wasnt just hiding from us. We asked a staff member if she had seen her and immediately 4 or 5 staff members dropped everything to help us find her, including stating over the radio that she was missing and staff on the other end of the building started looking too. Within 2 or 3 minutes she was found down the hall. I was just impressed that that many people dropped everything, immediately, with no hesitation to help me. Thanks!
