I was a guest of a friend who stayed there. My impression was good especially if you have a family. The bedrooms were clean and inviting.The swimming pool looks great and hot tubs seem to be everywhere. Free breakfast for hotel guests and the coffee is excellent. Rooms are reasonably priced and the location is easy to find With close proximity to HWY. An atrium runs through the common area with plants and a stream of running water which was amazing after a day of travel.
Our stay was amazing! They have multiple hot tubs to choose from as well as a pool and a small 2ft pool for smaller children. The breakfast was awesome and stocked throughout the r4 hour period. unlike most hotels. They have a tiny game room nestled into the scenery which made it feel like a hidden gem. We will definitely stay again
Easy check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a quiet weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a hottub all to ourselves. No noise from other customers in our room. One of the better hotel experiences we've had in awhile. The price was very affordable
We had a lovely stay, beautiful inside and out and clean not much of breakfast choices. Customer service was not good— that is a huge deal to us—we travel a lot.nI was told I’d have a $50 hold for incidentals totally normal I was even told it would take 7-8 business days to refunded depending on my bank again, totally normal! well now 9 days later—no refund for $50, I call and speak w the front desk, she doesn’t know; short, rude, puts me on hold and gets me to whom I assume is a manager she didn’t identify herself at all and the lady before didn’t even pass on the message so I had to reexplain and then she seemed to know what I was talking about, she said they don't do hold on rooms for incidentals and was very short a me right away…. But I was told that and therefore was expecting it back, again, short with no kindness at all, so that didn’t set well w me either when I called very patient. So staff doesn’t know what they are doing or saying and clearly the manager needs to go to a customer service class just to learn how to have phone etiquette. Where is my $50 I was told I’d get back. Obviously look at who was working the night we checked in?? No help what so ever! Won’t go here again, we’ll just go to Best Western per usual!
We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 of 3 days. Our water was completely shut off for hours at a time without any warning from the hotel staff. There was no apology and no offer to discount our stay there. There was hair in our sheets from previous tenants,and the room just generally felt dirty. The breakfast was sub par as the eggs were always scorched and the coffee machine was out of order. I've always prioritized Come On Inn to stay with my family in Billings, MT, but I will no longer be staying there in the future.
