C'mon Inn Hotel of Billings, Montana

I love this place it's very quiet no booking after midnight unless it's online so it's private Peaceful they have a waterfall , big pool 5 hot tubs surround by lil rock walls and plants in secluded areas all around the beautiful indoor trees and and waterfall coy pond with bridge if your looking for outdoors , peaceful , beautiful , cozy and honestly feels like home the beds are so comfy crispy white linen folded beautifully in the bathrooms all the extras if you forget ! It's got an mini arcade for the kids inside the waterfall . Breakfast big smart TVs that have you name and welcome you when you get to the room . My family has stayed at this location every time we visit Billings for years now ! Prices are great too a king suite prices are amazing

Our family is so grateful for the kindness you all showed the whole time we spent there. None of us will ever forget you all. We will always stay at your motel whenever we come to Billings Montana. Fun building and really cool hot tubs and pool and great location!! However, I’ve stayed three times at this location and two out of three times there were ants in the room. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was lacking in rooms and elsewhere. As far as service goes, I find it difficult to give a straight review. For the most part, I’ve noticed the nighttime employees typically carried a better and friendlier attitude than those I talked to when checking out in the mornings or checking in in the afternoons. My experience with checking in and out was never horrid but never felt welcoming or kind by any means. I know what it’s like to work customer service and sometimes you just have a bad day, however I do think it’s something worth being honest about as it’s affected my want to stay again.

My room could have been a little bit cleaner, things like HVAC vents and wall art definitely hadn't been cleaned in awhile but overall it was great! They were very friendly at the front desk, they let me park a trailer, it was pretty relaxed. I enjoyed the amount of hot tubs! I think every hotel should have 5 hot tubs. There were whole groups able to have a hot tub to themselves and me all alone able to have one to myself! The breakfast was alright, nothing special but it did the job so I could get back to heading down the road. If you're passing through, look no further! This is a good place to stay.

We’ve stayed at the Come on Inn in Billings, Mt and Casper, Wy several times with, and without our kids. Normally our stay is pleasant. Our room was clean, and we always bring our own pillows from home so no review on that part. Bed is always comfortable. The door latched but didn’t shut properly, so you heard every door shut and every voice that walked by our room like they were in it. Pretty awful when you have teens across the hall letting the door slam for hours, and the front desk didn’t bother to say anything to them. I had to get after them to go to bed at 2:30am after listening to their door slam for 2+ hoursparent problem, not hotel problem. Checking out, the girl behind the desk was on her phone and didn’t bother to acknowledge me standing there until I spoke up after a few minutes of waiting.
