Motel 6 Billings - North

They put us on the 1st floor that was convenient for walking our dog. The girl at the desk was helpful and friendly. I especially like that there is no longer carpet! Much more sanitary. Wish there was Kleenex tissue and the lobby coffee was better but that is nit picking!

Shower and bathroom were not cleaned at all hair everywhere. I flip up all the sheets in both beds and the bed I wasn't using had hair..told the maid and desk and they did nothing . Besides that and kids running up and down the halls screaming at 10pm. It was nice but what do you expect for 50 buck a night.. it was a bed that's all I needed just cleaner next time.

Save your money. Staff is rude and unprofessional. House keeping will go through your things. When checking in your confirm all your info, correct in case they need to contact you. They will just take it upon themselves to rummage through your things, move your belongings and then say "well, we tried to call" and not even have the number you put down. You get no peace of mind with this hotel. Could try your luck across the street maybe better however, stir clear of these crooks.

The staff was great the room not so great. The shower had other people's hair in it which is gross and the bead was so squeaky and it dropped off one side like it was broken. Older hotel I get it but maybe put in a new toilet and tub and get better beds. For the price I have stayed in nicer for about the same price.

Pretty nice for an older model. Price was about as much as a hotel though. For the money I probably would pick a hotel next time. It's nice to have things like shampoo, a coffee maker, fridge, ext. We are local and only stayed the night to save ourselves a 45 minute drive home. It suited us just fine for what we needed.
