I’ve seen some bad reviews on here, but I can speak for Us. A hard nose when it comes to safety and rooms being clean. I looked at three rooms. All three were extremely clean. Staff was very professional. The night clerk and the manager Tristan We’re very helpful with anything you needed.nWe do budget, friendly, motels, and motels that accept pets. This one in my opinion was great. Sorry, I did not remember the night clerk’s name!!!! Thank you Tristan

I am writing to express my disgust with this hotel. We arrived Friday night, the foyer is stacked with furniture. We got to our room. The wash basin tap did not work, there were no towels. Whilst showering the tap fell. There were water stains on the bathroom tiles. The air conditioning unit sounded like jet engine going off making sleep almost impossible. The out door pet area was disgraceful ful of dog mess. I had to guide my dog carefully to avoid stepping in this filth. Breakfast !!! what a joke, one toasters and a few english muffins. Need I go on. I will never stay in these residences again

Our first room smelled like an outhouse. We quickly found out why. The toilet was full of poo. We asked for a different room.nThe second room was missing the shower curtain, with the rod lying in the bathtub.nDog food on the floor. They don't clean well.nHighly do not recommend.

What will $250 get you? A dirty tub, a sink that won’t drain, and a “secure” door that has the keycard panel torn off. Oh, and the “complimentary breakfast” - bread and a toaster, large bins of cereal, and a gallon jug of milk in a refrigerator. I imagine residents of the penitentiary have better, safer accommodations. Don’t stay here unless you hate yourself.

I wanna start this review off by saying this is a heartfelt and honest review. I wish my humor came off just being something that someone could take and say oh he’s just kidding, but I’m not I’m a grown man grew up on a ranch. It’s really hard to gross me out, but this is how it went. There were no other rooms available in billings. The Econolodge had a room so I took it. The smell starts when you walk in the front door and doesn’t get any better as you get closer to your room. The carpet on the stairs is filthy and in the hallways as well there were two old doors lying alongside the wall at the top of the stairs as you turn to go down the hallway, the room, the better the carpet had something stuck in it everywhere you looked dirty bits, and pieces of wrapper scattered around the edge of the bed by the nightstand The although not overwhelming was bad. I’m not even sure how to describe it. The windowsill, which was very low had a window that would open however, there was no screen. This would make for a nasty fall for a child or a pet. The air conditioner looked as if it might fall out of the wall at any moment The bathroom no better no smoking room however there’s cigarette burns on the tub and on the toilet seat I’m not sure how else to come up with a good explanation for that. The pictures on the website are false advertising at the least. These pictures must be from at least 30 years ago when this facility was built, possibly older You could walk around this building inside and never recognize any of those pictures in the ad curiosity got the best of me and I pulled the covers off the bed to reveal a mattress that was at least 40% stained with what I can only describe as well. Let’s not go there Some of it look like Cheeto dust. The rest well I don’t even wanna think about it. Please don’t go try and figure out if I was lying about this facility because I don’t want you to be as disgusted as I was. I grew up on a ranch and slept in the back of horse trailers that we just swept out so we could have a place to be out of the wind. I think I could’ve kept a half a band of sheep in this motel and took him to the livestock yard the next day and nobody would’ve known. I’m not gonna disparage the employees at this facility because there’s no way that it’s their fault that there’s no accountability for this kind of condition. It’s obvious whoever owns it is just taking and skimming the profits right off the top and barely keeping it open I will say the staff was courteous and did their job, but that’s the only right point of this whole day I took two dog blankets. I keep in the backseat and laid them on top of the covers and slept on them And didn’t even sleep in the covers. I guess that’s all I have for this review. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Please read this and take it for what you want.
