TownePlace Suites by Marriott Billings

I recently left this hotel due to being relocated. I stayed here for a few months. Lela is great. She always greeted me, and any other guest that I saw her helping with a smile, she makes you feel almost like family. She does a great job of making you feel welcomed. Her knowledge of the town is very impressive as well. Almost anything you're looking to do in Billings and the surrounding area whether it's food, drinks, karaoke, bowling, skating, sightseeing she can give you recommendations. The entire staff here is friendly and helpful. The GM Ben, and the AGM Joel are both great dudes, and are doing a great job managing this place. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. I was impressed that even though this hotel is in an area that gets a lot of snow there was no mildew smell in the hallways from snow melting on the carpet. There's lots of great restaurants very close to this hotel as well. I've stayed at lots and lots of hotels all over the country and I have to say this is the only one that I ever dreaded leaving. I loved it here, and if I ever go back to Billings I'll definitely stay here again.

We had an unplanned stop in Billings due to weather and we couldn’t have received a warmer reception. Lela took us in like we were part of her family, made sure that every need was met, and treated our comfort as her highest priority. She was amazing and we will definitely stay here again due to her kindness, compassion, and care. Thank you, Lela, and thank you TownePlace Suites for taking care of us.

Spacious and clean! More like a small apartment than a hotel. Very nice for longer than overnight.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. I have stayed here two times and both times it was lovely. Great night of sleep. Good prices. Good location. Friendly staff and check in. I will recommend!

Only stayed one night, but the staff was courteous and kind. I used the app to check in and that was easy. Stopped by the front desk for regular key. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, standard hotel breakfast. But, the coffee was hot and they kept it full! Only downside my bad for not dbl checking was... no hot tub.
