Motel 6 Billings - South

The first room we were put in was non smoking. There was an ashtray and room reeked of smoke. The bathroom shower sink and towels all had quite a large amount of pubic hair all over it, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the sheets on one of the beds was dirty and looked like it had been slept in. We were moved rooms where we had a bed with pubic hair all over the sheets and pillows, and again carpet very dirty. The front desk clerk, Doug, was nice and did his best to try accommodating. The comment cards indicated the housekeeper was the same for both rooms and I filled both of them out.

The clean and organized rooms make it easy to enjoy. The price and value are awesome! I like having the rooms without carpeting. And after forgetting to remove my credit card from the machine and going to dinner, the front desk employee Jeff called me to let me know he had my card when I returned. He was very helpful and friendly!

Cheap simple clean. My non-smoking room smelled slightly of smoke but not intolerable. Young lady at front desk was friendly and efficient. If you are traveling with pets and want to save money come here, the no pet fee saved me $20 over the other motels in this area.

The overall experience I would have gave a three or four star rating however there was no Wi-fi unless you paid $6 for one line of service and two there was no fridge to accommodate any food and 3 there was no microwave to heat up any food and having young children it is a necessity to have a microwave and a fridge I also felt that the towels could have been cleaner and the bathroom as well

My room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The only complaint I have is the bed was very hard. I did not sleep well. Other than that it was a good experience.
