Days Inn Billings

I stayed there a few months ago and it was dirty, employees weren't rude, but they didn't seem to care about their job or customers. Fast forward to last week and it was a different story. The rooms were SPOTLESS. The Employees were welcoming and accommodating. I also met the Manager on our way out, I think her name was Jill or Jane...? Anyways, just her energy as a whole was wonderful. Just from our short encounter, you could tell that she really cared about the customers and took pride in her work. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you so much

The floors in our room weren’t as clean as I’d like but beds were comfy and we had no other issues. Breakfast was decent. Good parking for truck and trailer. Pet friendly, which we appreciated. All staff were very friendly and accommodating to the needs of my family. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

There was hair in the tub and the breakfast did not deserve to be called breakfast. There was pretty much just yogurt cups and oatmeal. The curtains did not block out the sun very well, either. The inside of the rooms looked much newer than the hallways and the tub though, which was a pleasant surprise!

The room seemed to have been recently remodeled. It was very nice, with a comfortable bed. A waste basket in the bathroom was missing. There was no luggage cart, which we requested several times, to no avail. The facility has no elevator, so if you don’t want to navigate stairs, request a main floor room. However, the people above us played music at 5:30 am, which woke us up. I was glad for the exercise room, which sad a decent treadmill.

Great place for a quick stop. Hotel looks older on the outside but the rooms are very nicely renovated and clean. Hot breakfast was good, with eggs/biscuits/sausage gravy in addition to the usual. And an amazingly delicious brand of yogurt!nStaff was friendly and helpful.
