I stay at this motel every couple of weeks for a business conference and the staff recognizes me. They are kind they’re helpful. I love coming to Billings and staying at this motel. Everything is always so nice. My rates are always affordable for what I need and everybody is always very accommodating
We stayed her with our 3 kids and the two rooms were perfect for us. We also had a young lady named Danika at the front desk who was super helpful and kind.
We had a great stay at this hotel in Billings. It was our first time at this location, and like other Residence Inns we've been to, it didn't disappoint. Our room was nice and had plenty of room for our family. Rebecca, the breakfast attendant, was very kind each morning that we saw her. Lots of choices for breakfast, which was great.nThe pool is nice, although the temperature felt colder than the posted temperature of 82 degrees. But, it felt great on hot August days!nWe will be back when we return to Billings!
Booked a room for a special day with Residence and, couldnt be more pleased with the assistance by your young lady at the front desk, Danika. Friendly and thorough, polite and welcoming. Made booking a breeze!
What a great stay. Rooms were comfy, and the staff was incredible.nRelle was even able to accommodate my request for a late checkout due to me being stranded without a vehicle and having a late flight. She went above and beyond.nnClose enough to restaurants and stores as well. Clean room, updated showers, and comfy beds.
