Prince Gourmet Ottawa

Prince Gourmet inside the Rideau Mall is one of the worst, if not the worst Shawarma restaurant in this city! They are extremely cheap with quantity and there'a no quality whatsoever. I ordered a "regular" instead of a "small" plate and there was barely any difference in quantity. The potatoes were dry and a large portion of the plate was lettuce. Unfortunately, only after my bad experience did I hear about the negative reviews of this location and how cheap the owner is. Save your money and go elsewhere for your shawarma. Disgraceful!

BEST Shawarma spot in the Byward Market. Good food, good price, & AMAZING Staff! Ate here 4x times a week during my school year in the area, Delicious.

Absolutely rude environment and employees wouldn't let us sit unless we bought food. Asked if we can buy a drink to sit down and still refused. He was extremely rude, raised his voice and cut you off and ignored everything you said. These people really need to learn customer service before opening a business. Plus the place was the only empty place in byward market on a long weekend of Canada's 150th year which is pretty impressive to stay empty I must say.... maybe it's the people who work there? 🤔

This is the quickest Shawarma I have ever been to. I was at Subway waiting for like 10m and I walked to here. Within minutes 10 people were served and paid for. The man behind the counter even took a bow. Not only was the food made quick but it was spot on quality. When i want quick food and i dont wanna wait, i go here.

Superb location, with many magnificent qualities, including outstanding customer service, and rapid service by the cashier as server. It is conveniently located as well. Would definitely recommend.
