The food itself was beautiful and harmonious. The atmosphere was not playful and I felt a bit anxious. I was hoping for a cozier ambience so I could savour my food. The servers were pleasant though. The table for 2 was simply too small, making me feel rushed. The dishes wouldn't let me rest my cutlery quietly. It felt like sharing entrees was looked down upon.

Service could be better. Seems to focus on women and couples before men who come in alone. Food was good. Love the cheese board!

Service is exceptional, very friendly and feels like you've known them for years. The wine list is great (3oz pours FTW) and the lunch deal (2 plates for 25$) makes it my favorite place to go for a bite in the market.

Always hear rave reviews and Play lives up to the hype. The staff, in particular, are terrific. Present enough but they don't take over the dining experience.
