Forget everything you know about BBQ!

We offer a wide selection of BBQ from around the world. With a menu drawing from the best of the best in the BBQ genre, such as Texas Brisket, North Carolina Pulled Pork, Tennessee BBQ Chicken, Jamaican Jerk, as well as smoked seafood, and unique and traditional sandwiches.

MENU

BITS, BITES, SNACKS & GRAZING - Not quite starters, not quite mains

Wings - Mequite seasoned, double dusted, served by the pound, tossed or sauce on the side (Hot, Pirri Pirri, Sweet Chilli, Memphis Red, BBQ or Jerk)!

Rib Tips - Marinated and fried up crisp, dusted in special seasoning or tossed in a signature sauce (Hot, Pirri Pirri, Sweet Chilli, Memphis Red, BBQ or Jerk)!

Poutine - Spice dusted fries, topped with cheese curds and our BBQ chicken gravy or BBQ sauce. Add pulled pork for a little extra!

House Salad - Hand torn greens with red onion, cucumber, carrots & peppers topped in our house vinegrette.

Cesear Salad - Hand torn romaine lettuce, cesear dressing, croutons & house smoked bacon.

Steak & Spinach Salad - Grilled rib eye sliced & served with baby spinach, onions, peppers and our house vinegrette.

SANDWICHES - To be eaten with two hands

Pulled Pork - Our pulled pork served on an ACE bakery bun, served solo or topped with our tangy coleslaw.

Pulled Chicken - Our BBQ chicken pulled and simmered in Bourbon BBQ sauce with shredded lettuce.

Shaved Brisket - Our Texas brisket shaved thin and pilled high on an ACE bakery bun served with warm Coffee BBQ sauce for dipping.

The Shaque Burger - 8 oz of house gound beef, seasoned with our house spice blend, charbroiled, glazed with BBQ sauce, and topped with in-house smoked bacon and cheddar cheese.

The DBK - Ask your server for details. Let's just say it's intense!

The Learner Sandwich (Vegetarian) - Smoked and grilled tofu, BBQ glazed with cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers & shredded lettuce.
