I am excited to be getting my first ever Kia thanks to my daughter.  I have always liked the looks of the cars and now with the used vehicle she bought for me, I will enjoy it immensely.   People at this location are very nice and you can actually talk to them and not feel like you are being pushed into buying.  I highly recommend this location and Thanks to my daughter, I will be the proud owner of a Forte.

Thank you Carl and the Business Managers, Allan and Tobias,  as well as the rest of the team for your excellent services!  We are very happy with our new Kia Forte.  We took many months looking for our new car and Carl was very patient with us throughout the entire process.  I will  recommend and definitely come back to the  Plaza Kia Richmond Hill Location because we were treated fairly and found the best car for our budget.  Even though there are closer Kia dealerships to where I live I always came back to the Richmond Hill location because of the customer care.

I believe that Plaza Kia should be a beacon to other dealerships. My sales associate, Billy Kim, hit every high note during the entire transaction. Michael King, Billy’s  Sales Manager was another part of the stellar performance of this team. I wish you well and thank you for your efforts to make this purchase so easy and memorable. Cheers!

Walked in wanting to trade in my leased car, and walked out THE SAME DAY with a brand new car that I love!
their attentive service to helping the customer and making sure they're happy is what makes this dealership the best one in a 50km area. 
I've been to several dealerships and none of them come close to this one. 

Allan is always there to make the buying process smooth and fun!

the service center are always going above and beyond to address any issues I may have and even allow you along on the road test in some instances to discuss the issue you're bringing your car in for!

Very impressed with the staff at Plaza Kia. After a bad experiece at Dixie Mazda , I had developed a fear of car dealerships.By chance, I walked into Plaza Kia and realized that not every car dealership out there uses shady tactics to sell a vehicle.
 Carl, a sales rep was a very mellow and  honest individual who believed in Karma and repeated business. He gave me a fantastic deal without beating around the bushes. It has been 3 Months since I purchased my vehicle and have no regrets.  The manager (dont remember her name)  was very accomodating as well. Would definetely visit again.
