It's a good gym. They have everything you need plus very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly as well.
We went there in early July 2025 for a tour when we were explore fitness club memberships. The staffs in this location are friendly and helpful. Ibrahim Omar gave us a warm reception and a very informative tour. The facility is clean and well equipped. We like the black card membership which allows the participant to bring a accompany in for free. This provide flexibility yet motivating. We signed up right on the spot. Now one month has passed, the regularly attending the gym club changed out lives positively.
I recently visited this Planet Fitness and was impressed by the clean, modern equipment and massage beds & chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming vibe. There's this one girl I forgot her name, I think it's Aisha but she was very welcoming at the front desk. I went there today and I saw her cleaning the floor, changing the bins and washroom was cleaned. I liked where all the machine was stationed. definitely coming back.
I'm giving this gym 2 stars. I used to be a member here for about 2 years until I got tired of all of the drama & fights started between the members that go to this gym. The nights are the best to go, it's starts to die down around 11. The staff are always champs. Let me not forget to mention underpaid, OVERWORKED and undervalued for the work that they do compared to the minimum wage that they get paid. Also considering all of the tasks they are required to complete before the night ends. The managers led the team smoothly towards CRM when Katherine and Nate GM managed this location.nHowever, I have been back recently and they did a lovely renovation but they need security/ security gates for protection of their staff overnight.
DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. The staff when you first sign up do not help with anything or answer questions you have to sign up online on your own and once you do sign up it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. I’ve called 3 separate times to cancel and they say to come in person I can’t come in person as I’ve been in an accident as to why I need to cancel. They basically said too bad you need to come in person to sign a cancellation contract also weird so we’re gonna keep charging you. These are independent owned gyms from the franchise so they can choose their own cancellation policies. No options to cancel online, sent an email too, no response. I never leave reviews but this is my absolute worst gym and customer experience ever.
