This is a great gym, motivating atmosphere, good community and good vibes overall. It’s my favourite gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several.

Very helpful staff shout out to Muchi. Clean gym and respectful members. Been going for 10 months and plan to keep going for at least another year.

Kurt and Mucci were very welcoming and the gym was spacious, clean, and had everything I would ever need. The showers had great water pressure and temp control and the entire staff and community was very welcoming.nnDefinitely a great spot for locals and anybody passing through town. The 20 dollar day pass was well worth the money.

I love coming to this gym! It’s always so clean and has the perfect amount of equipment. I also love the staff, everyone there is so kind and always so welcoming! Will always recommend.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a gym.nnCame with my friend who a member just to hit the bags on the mat. Got there at 6:45 PM — a boxing class was supposed to end at 7 so we waited. By 7:10, it was still going, so we checked with the front desk. They said we could “ask the coach” if we could train on the side because he sometimes goes a bit over.nnYeah, “goes over” is an understatement. The boxing coach was rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. Completely unapproachable, attitude from the second we opened our mouths. We weren’t asking for much — just a corner of the mat. Instead, we got attitude and zero respect.nnHe acted like the space belonged to him personally — meanwhile, his class ran almost an hour past the scheduled time. Not a single person from staff stepped in or cared. The whole thing was a mess.nSo here’s what you can expect if you go here:nUnprofessional who think they run the placenZero control or time managementnStaff that shrug and pass the problem to younAnd little chance of actually using the gym matnWe wasted 45 minutes standing around for nothing and then left without training. If you value your time or basic respect, go literally anywhere else.Trash management, trash attitude, trash experience.
