The gym itself is nice-good equipment, spacious, a few of the staff are very nice and members are as well. Management on the other hand is a different story. The turnover rate is bad for a reason so don't expect your favourite staff to stay for long (good ones always leave)..As for kids club, all I can say is before you bring your child (baby especially) please make sure to check how clean the kids club and it's toys are. Do the finger swipe test... It's the Kids club attendant's responsibility to maintain a safe and clean environment for the kids. In conclusion, there are pros and cons to any place that you go to so make wise decisons.

Been going here on and off between surgeries. It's clean in the women's change room and workout area. Women's area is a bit small. Alot of people tend to not put things back where they belong, high number of meat heads and half naked women here. For me, I know what I got and I don't need to be ogled at for affirmation but what can you do some chicks do... Anyways I keep my hat down, headphones high and do my thing. If you can manage to do that, you can get through your workout here.

I worked out at this gym over the summer and would come back again. The staff here at this gym are the best I've seen. I got my membership from Chase and I highly recommend you sign up with him. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the facility. Overall, great gym with lots of equipment as well as the option to play basketball or go swim. The pool is pretty clean and they have heaters. The gym can get busy during peak hours but I can usually get the machines or weights i want whenever i go.

This specific branch don't know how to handle customers frustrations and concerns. I understand that cancelling a membership can only be done by manager and mon to Friday from 9-5pm. But I was specifically told to come in between those times(which ofcourse I'm also working) or to COME IN and sign a form then they will mail it to I don't know where! I wasn't satisfied with the answer so I call another branch and guess what the lady told me that I can actually find the cancellation form available ONLINE so I don't have to physically be at the branch and I can mail it straight to head office. In less than 5 minutes the lady from another branch helped and gave me the answer that's applicable to people that's working from mon to fri 9-5 same as your manager on the club.
