I've been going to this gym for over 2 years now and I really enjoy it. I've been to a discount gym called World Gym and even a luxury gym called Lifetime, both within Mississauga. I find that UFC is a happy medium in terms of price. When I first signed up, I paid for the classes on a monthly basis. The initial registration fee is a lot (think it's monthly fee x 3) since it includes first and last month, allowing you to cancel at anytime. I loved the classes, particularly kickboxing and DUT. The coaches are usually very energetic, and they will show you proper form and technique. They have since offered long time customers the option to pay a lump sum for an entire year, which divides out to a discounted monthly price. I really appreciate the manager Roy for bringing that to my attention. I love the fact that I get to work out at my favourite gym for much less than I was paying initially. Also, the front desk staff are friendly and approachable. I've had inquiries about billing before and they've been honest and helpful each time. I would definitely recommend coming to this gym if you are someone who is interested in learning MMA or is into boot camp style workouts. ;)

Perfect example of scam I signed up for this gym December 2016 short after I lost close member of my family and could not afford it . I went in January to cancel it but the kept charging me. I went in augest to get a refund they actuly charged me the amount and never refunded it . So I got charged twice !!! after I canceled my credit card they hired a collection agency that keeps calling me in this day. Absolutely terrible Would never ever recommend anyone to go to that gum awful customer service

Roy the manager was exceptionally polite and nice. He gave us a tour, explained everything and made me make the decision to sign up based on the knowledge I received of the benefits of this location. My first class was well tailored to my needs. I felt the strength, the fat burn and muscle conditioning in my body for days afterwards. I will recommend this gym but I will say try it first as always so the decision is yours not forced. You will make the same decision I believe.

I’ve trained at several gyms and dojos before and UFC Gym has the best trainers. I’ve been with them since they’ve opened. If you’re looking to train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or wrestling, Martin and Jamaal are amazing. Martin’s attention to detail is outstanding, best black belt I’ve trained under. Muay Thai training with Matt is good, functional fitness classes are great. If you're serious about boxing I’d train somewhere else. The equipment is designed for functional training but has virtually everything: muay thai bags, free weights, power rack, assisted dips/chins, sled, tires, and more. You pay month-to-month at UFC Gym, which is so much better compared to the 6-12 month contracts at other gyms. It’s been great training here!

One of the best gym in Canada i must say , from the cleaness to professionalism .. the moment you walk in you feel great. i have one of the best coach, Matt Ayuen has been so amazing and supportive he takes his time to coach you. I love working out at this gym i highly recomanded to anybody who want to change their life style and join UFC gym one of the best thing is that i could work out with my 5 year old boy they have one of the best youth programs for kids and coach Jamal is great with kid i highly recomanded for kids also .
