I’ve been working with Tina for about 5 weeks and I love the workouts she has given me and I am already seeing results. I have worked with online trainers in the past, but Tina was different. She listens to your needs and gives you a plan tailored to you! The app is easy to use and I enjoy that you can keep track of your workouts. This helps me push myself harder. I love having Tina holding me accountable and I would definitely recommend Tina to anyone who needs help to achieve their fitness goals.
I've been training with Tina for about 6 months now. For someone like myself who didn't regularly work out... getting a personal trainer was big deal for me. Tina builds a strong personal relationship with her clients and ensures that all their fitness goals are being met. In addition to this, she is your biggest cheerleader! Motivating you and pushing you every step of the way. I've seen results not only physical but mentally as well... she knows what you're capable of and strives to get you into a positive mindset. Highly recommend her services!
Tina is very informative about nutrition and fitness and innovative with her workout plans. I have a busy work schedule which makes going to the gym a challenge. I decided to do her online training program and I'm glad I did!. Its very simple to follow and she checks in with you to stay on it. The results are definitely a bonus too! She always says treat your workout like an appointment rather than a chore, even if its a home workout . I absolutely love her honesty and she very supportive! I would definitely recommend her online plans!.
Tina is amazing! I have been training with her since April 2019 and have seen amazing results. Tina has amazing knowledge and answers to any questions you may have regarding healthy meals or workouts. She has always given me challenging workouts and keeps me motivated during the entire workout. She will modify the workouts if need. I honestly look forward to seeing Tina every session.
I have been training with Tina since April 2019 and she is an amazing trainer. She is very encouraging and understanding, she will make sure you are comfortable with the workouts and modify anything that you are unable to do. Shes also great at motivating you to get your eating on track and attending all workouts. I’m so glad I made the choice to attend and got to meet Tina. I highly recommended training with her if you want to see real results.

Tina is an amazing coach and trainer! I’ve attended many of Tina’s group classes. Her classes are really challenging and so much fun! She is very encouraging and motivating. She’s truly passionate and dedicated and goes the extra mile to help each and every person that trains with her. I highly recommend training with Tina….come try one of her classes and you’ll keep coming back!
I’ve been working with Tina for approximately two months now, and she’s been nothing short of amazing. Very encouraging, understanding and really does care about her clients. In the past I would work out, and then fall back into my old habits. It’s definitely hard most days, but having a PT like Tina makes the journey a lot easier. Tina makes going to her sessions and classes fun yet challenges you in ways that will benefit you overall. Lastly, she’s VERY accommodating in what a person can afford and doesn’t hesitate to give tips to work on outside of her sessions.
I have taken both private sessions and fitness classes by Tina and cannot get over how innovative she is. The personal sessions are targeted to your specific needs, while the classes are challenging to push you to get to the next level in your fitness journey. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone searching to lose weight, tone, or simply step up their game !
Tina is best described as an iron fist in a velvet glove: she is fiercely energetic and enthusiastic, yet very gentle and approachable. She has a passion for fitness which is genuine and has at heart to push anyone who trains with her to gain more confidence about themselves, and incorporate fun workouts into their everyday routine as opposed to seeing them as a chore. Hiring her as a personal trainer was one of the best things I’ve done to take care of myself. If you’re hesitating about setting up a session with her, stop hesitating – you won’t regret it!
