Great place for a drop in, coaches were very friendly as are the members. Made me feel right at home.

Prior to Crossfit Select, I used to go to a terrible crossfit gym. I honestly thought all crossfit gyms were the same.

When I joined Select, I was given a warm welcome like I was already a member. The coaches were very knowledgeable, they made sure you were learning the movements correctly, they provided newbie-friendly cues - which really helped.  I have been at Crossfit Select for over 3 years now and I honestly love it.

On top of that, most of the coaches are Crossfit Games athletes meaning the understand crossfit extensively and the members are super friendly , whcih makes the place a really fun environment to be in

Give Select a shot, you won't regret it!
