I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE WITH ZERO STARS IF I COULD. NEVER GO THERE. THEY ARE SO NICE TO YOU WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO JOIN BUT WHEN IT COMES TO COMMUNICATION DOWN THE ROAD, NO ONE CARES. APPARENTLY MY CARD INFO ON MY ACCOUNT WAS NEVER UPDATED??? HOWEVER, THE CARD WAS NEVER REPLACED NOR CHANGED. THE CHARGES JUST CHANGED FROM 16.95 TO 83.90 DUE TO SOME FEES, NOT LATE CHARGES OR MISSED PAYMENTS, JUST FEES BASED ON THE FACT THAT MY INFO WAS NOT UPDATED??? UPDATED FROM WHAT??? I UNDERSTAND MISSED PAYMENT, LATE PAYMENT ETC BUT MY CARD WAS NEVER SUSPENDED. THIS IS TIMES TWO AS MY DAUGHTER WAS A MEMBER AS WELL SO THAT'S 83.90 X 2 FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS... THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS AND AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A QUICK FIX, HOWEVER, JACK WHO ANSWERED MY CALL DIDN'T THINK SO. HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATIONS, RUDE REALLY... WOULDN'T LISTEN TO ME AT ALL AND FROM THE GET GO TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE AND DO NOT THREATEN HIM. THREATEN HIM???? ALL I ASKED FOR IS MY MONEY BACK AS THIS CHARGE IS NOT FAIR. THAT'S ALL. SO MUCH FOR A MERRY CHRISTMAS SPIRIT.

I would like to give 0 stars if possible! One seems too much for this establishment. I was attracted to the 90 day free option, why not try? I went to the place, I thought it was nice, the person who attended me I dont know in what way got to convince me to sign a contract which he said I could cancel at the time I wanted, after that, two months passed and I decided that exercises were not for me, I even got pregnant so I couldn't go anymore to the gym, so I tried to cancel my membership to which they gave me a categorical refusal, for which I had to pay approximately 9 months without going to the gym, and they knew my complete disagreement with what was happening, even on one occasion my bank changed credit card and I dont know how even without knowing my card they came to charge me double. Bottom line, if you like your money stay away from this place, they will do everything possible to take it! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Currently enrolled here...from the start it was good but quickly went downhill my wife hurt her ankle on there broken elliptical told the so called manager about it twice but the just move the machine around so u think the ones that were broken are fix..... take my stupid advice don't spend a dime here there are better crooks that will treat u better while taking your money

Bottom Line: Problem with theft and bad customer service The locker rooms are incredibly unsafe at this gym. My locker was broken into and $200 cash was taken from my wallet. We found the snapped lock in the garbage can. After speaking with several gym members, this has happened to many of them as well. We have all reported it to the gym and they refuse to help or do anything about it. Furthermore, my girlfriend didn't feel comfortable with her belongings there anymore and we went to cancel her gym membership shortly after I was robbed. Today she received a collections notice in the mail on a cancelled credit card with the gym charging her nearly $400 since the new year in various charges. They told us the membership was cancelled but never actually cancelled it and kept charging the card. My girlfriend went in today to clear up the issue. The manager laughed at her and said "its her word against theirs". She asked for a cancellation form and he refused. Told her to come back another day. She left sobbing. Whatever you do, stay away from this place.
