Hawkestone CrossFit

Great gym and great people. Joined 2 months ago and have noticed a ton of improvements with lifts/movements. I previously power lifted but the Oly lifts are all new to me, the members all range from serious to more casual. The Saturday partner wod's are amazing, and the gym hosts a free mobility clinic on Saturday mornings run by a great group of physio/chiro practitioners. Highly recommend trying it out.

I have been doing crossfit for a little over a year now and travel quite frequently for work so have visited quite a few boxes in my travels. Some are great and some aren't - this is one of the great ones. There are a few reasons why this is: - the coaches are personable and knowledgeable - they scale the workout appropriately and coach you well to ensure you don't injure yourself. - The sense of community here is quite evident from the moment you walk in the door - not once did I feel like an outsider and *everyone* made sure to introduce themselves and that I knew where I was going and what I was doing. Seriously, everyone, it was actually a bit overwhelming how nice everyone was compared to some other places I have been. Quick tips for visitors - you can park in back or in the front, the entrance is on the right-side of the building when facing from the road. - you might not want to view the workouts online, they may seem a bit intimidating however the coaches will scale them appropriately to ensure you are able to complete them with your level of fitness.

Best CrossFit in Mississauga with amazing coaches, management and athletes. This facility has it all from great classes that fit every level (beginners, fitness and performance level) Elma the Head Coach have vast experience in sport her Leadership, Motivation and Personality gives Hawkestone CrossFit a feel of family and encouragement to any lifestyle. The great coaching and amazing programming that fits all. In addition to a great community. If you are a Crossfitter in Mississauga or Toronto or visiting the city, you must stop by Hawkestone and ask Elma who will give you the best welcome you can ever have and make you have a great workout ever!

This facility is highly recommended.. I started going a month ago and can already feel the difference in me and my body.. Elma is the best... Very loving person but at times very strict instructor who know ur body limit and the way to push it to next level.. Everyone at this facility are co operative and helpful.

Great massage guy there. Gym is tidy and looks to be a good crowd
