Mississauga Burnhamthorpe Rd. YMCA Centre

Been coming here for some time. Hear some complaints but honestly this place has been the best thing for me. Facilities are well kept. The change rooms are properly maintained. And I meet some good people here. It depends on your attitude how you want to view this gym. The fact that it's quite big, good air circulation and the atmosphere is welcoming it is a big plus. One thing is I wish they add more of the AMT (blue colour) elliptical. Other then that it has a lot of equipment and room for you to do a proper workout. And I don't need a "mature" atmosphere to properly do a workout. All I need is a focused mentality and a good attitude that with the workout I'll feel better and be in good health.

i honestly love this gym, it comes with many programs that suit many different lifestyles of people. The gym weights area is also very well designed and the machines are efficient. i have been going for around 5 years now.

Awesome gym, lot more then just gym. Very helping staff. Nice pool...

To be honest this isnt the best gym, most fun activites is regestered programs wich you have to pay for and who wants to play somthing for only an hour a week and have to pay for it this is a decent gym i recommend this gym to people who comes a couple times a week becaus after it starts getting boring.

Donovan didn't call me back when the lady said he was in the next 30 mins its been 2 days you nearly made me fail civics thx alot
