Really great gym. Started off with a Groupon and now I'm a member. I do the boxing (co-ed & women's only) and kickboxing boxing classes. The instructors are helpful and let you know when your form is off (safety first). The only issue I have with the instructors is that they can start the class late or get distracted during class so if you don't know the routine you tend to wait on them (I'm impatient so I didn't not like this at first). For your first class, you can use one of they gloves for free. After that you have to pay and it's not worth it. Get your own gloves. The ones they have smell BAD. Change rooms are clean and the gym overall is clean ☺️

I had a Groupon and did two classes close to 8 to 9 months ago. The classes are definitely engaging, very cardio focused and tailored to all levels. However, I found them to be more box-fit classes than actual boxing technique classes, which I would have expected from a boxing gym. Don't get wrong, if you are looking to tone out or lose weight, it's great for that, but for technique, not exactly the classes you want. Also, the equipment is a bit dated, but the washrooms are clean.

Everyone is super friendly. Owner of the gym personally introduced himself to me and helped me set my stuff up. There's a diverse amount of equipment for working out and the boxing lessons are fun!

This is the best gym in Mississauga. The boxing workouts are out of this world. I feel terrible if I miss a class now. Its addictive. Friendly place and trainers are all awesome.Highly recommend this gym.
