Park'N Fly Toronto Airport Parking

I am satisfied with their service. It's fast and gets me to and from the airport reasonably fast. The only issue I have is that voucher says one price and when you check out its usually much higher. The reason is they charge you for an extra day if you check out past the time you first check-in. In other words, if your flight leaves at 2pm Saturday and flight arrives 2pm the following Saturday. Due to the fact that you would drop off your car at around 11am approx. Then after immigration pick up your car at 3:30pm approx. You would be charged an extra day because you picked your car up past 11am the following Saturday. To me it's just another way how businesses try to gouge their customers for more cash.

I fly every week out of Toronto and the quality of this location has gone down severely. 1. Expect to wait a long time for your valet shuttle from the lot. Expect to miss your flight from the economy lot. 2. If the shuttle is packed, don't expect to get the paper slip indicating your parking zone. 3. If you use valet and call them in advance to have your car ready, don't expect it to be ready. Twice I walked out after paying, walked around looking for my car, only to find out they had forgotten to bring out. Today at the airport the shuttle saw me standing at the correct spot in front of door A and it didn't stop (it was empty). The Edmonton location is great though. There are other options in Toronto airport, try them out first for better service.

BEWARE! Do not park in valet unless you want them to loose your car keys. As far as I know, a valet service's main job is to park your car and keep your car keys safe. Park and Fly did not do this. Not only did they keep my husband waiting for close to 2 hours (even though he paid for this service that is suppose to have your car ready and waiting after you notify them of your arrival), but he had to go back and ask where his car was only to be told that they have misplaced his keys. Some random worker at park and fly ended up driving my husband home. Let me add that at this point it was 2 in the morning. My husband uses this service 2+ times a month for at least a week at a time. The morning staff were able to locate his keys and had someone drive his car home mid afternoon the next day. All park and fly offered was a free week of parking. Thats it. For not doing what the whole purpose of their job is to do, keeping track of a customer's keys. Stay away. Park at the airport not this very unorganized company.

Valet Park.... Was very skeptical about leaving a brand New vehicle here... Vehicle was fine, other then very DIRTY... When we got back I called left message, got there to pay I had a coupon and two gift cards, the lady did one but didn't do the full amount... So I asked to get the rest of the card used, she abruptly said NO.. USE the other card... Really... After dealing with that rudeness, we want to my vehicle and it's locked keys in ignition, awesome.. Well luckily I DON'T trust places like this and had my spare set... Knew from the start there was something fishy, cause my spare set wouldn't start my vehicle, neither would my cell, because it won't when keys are left in the ignition... Needles to say I may never go back here for the two reasons... Rude employee.. Never had rudeness at Sky Park Vehicle locked with KEYS in it.... Never has happen at Sky Park...

Was always very happy with them. Use them every week. Lately I've been finding it hard to get in the lot because cars aren't getting parked quickly enough. Also, I usually turn my radio down then off before leaving it. Lately I'd get in my car at pickup and the radio is REALLY loud and my station is changed. Very annoying after a long day of flying to turn on my car and it is blaring music. I've asked the people inside to talk to the drivers about this. They had words with the one person parking my car when I complained and said they could do much else. There have been other problem but I felt they tried to address them. Now it seems like they just don't care. Looking for a new place to park my car.
