Park'N Fly Toronto Airport Parking

WHAT A HORRIBLE PICK UP EXPERIENCE!!! We just picked up our truck from the valet parking. We paid a premium to use this service verce self park. We watch the guy drive my husband's truck and he's speeding like he's driving a sports car...in the snow.. so we quickly walk over only to watch him park the truck so close to the vehicle beside the point we couldn't open the door enough to even get our luggage in and so close to the pole behind that we couldn't open the bed of the truck either. The snow pile on the cover of the bed was so high we couldn't even see out of the back windsheild. I asked the guy if he could please clear it only to be met with the response that it wasn't his job... but yet we were watching other workers clear vehicles right in front of us. My husband said what the heck..why are other workers clearing cars and he just repeated that it wasn't his job thank you and walked away. What kind of world are we living in?!? We will NEVER use this service or any other park n fly service EVER again. There are other services we can use at comparable prices with way less stress and a lot more consideration. After all...we pay so they have a job. I wish more people would boycott these companies because even when I call to bring this situation to their attention, we know nothing will come of it.. sad...very sad. Do better Park N Fly!!!

As first time users, we were overall satisfied with the service. Drop off at the location went well and the shuttle pick up from the airport seamless- we called the number immediately we landed and with zero check in luggage, we didn’t expect the shuttle to already be outside waiting. There was no wait time for our car as well when we got to the location.

Left Christmas morning arrived New Year’s Day very early hours. Could not be more pleased with how smoothly this went. Parking lot A is right off the highway. Shuttle service was excellent on time and drivers were helpful and friendly. Whole process went without a hitch. I found a coupon code by searching google and the cost was minimal for a week. Highly recommend using this at Pearson.

Always good service. Left a bottle behind driver chased me down and returned it. One of the better experience I've had in a while. I wish I knew who the driver was id love to provide him a gift card. Was in a rush didnt get his name.

Not worth it. It appears empty inside the kiosk because two ladies working having a personal conversation appear to be hiding behind the desk. No hello, no acknowledgment. Watched me and my husband struggle to find our paper bar code. When we asked if we could just show her our screen shot she scanned it right away. Why would you just watch us struggle a foot away from you and not offer a hand? Now we are waiting 15 minutes for our car? And there’s literally just us. I wouldn’t recommend. This is poor service.
