EZ Airport Parking

We will never go back here again. It took an hour for someone to get us from the airport as they waited for more guests to arrive before they send someone even when they told us someone was on the way. We came to find our car stuck behind a snowbank that we had to dig out ourselves as they weren't able to help. We then also found that someone had parked behind us and they weren't able to find the keys for the person's truck. After an hour they eventually found the keys. No real apology and it looked like they had no idea what they were doing. Avoid this place at all cost.

An experience I will not be repeating for the following reasons: - Scheduling the pick up service is not a straight-forward experience. Instructions could improve both via email and within phone menu. - Person picking us up asked us if we were going to the Nu Hotel, which caused us to have to wait 20 additional minutes to be picked up again - Although I paid for Valet parking, I was sent to fetch my car in the parking lot. After 26 hours of traveling, all i want is to get the service bought. I would recommend getting Park n Fly for a couple bucks more, as their shuttle service is consistently available and they do provide service paid for.

Parking and getting to the airport was good... Upon arriving back at the airport...it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive even though I was ensured that it was be 5-10minutes when i called.....wouldn't be such a big deal except it was midnight and I was traveling will 3 children...just be honest about arrival times! The driver, upon arriving, stayed on his "important" phone call and did not even greet us let alone get out to help us with the door or loading any bags...then when we got back to the parking place, we were given my keys and told "your vehicle is parked in the back corner" which resulted in at least a 10 minute search in the pitch black, pressing my alarm button over my head to locate my vehicle which is parked in the midst of at least 200 other vehicles. Will never park here again

This is the worst service. We waited 1 hour in the middle of the night. We have seen many times other shuttle compagny but not EZ.... 1 star is way too much and the cas parked indoor price was totally dirty and dust.

Never going back again. Believe it or not with all the chaos from Air Canada lately, we got our bags faster than we did the shuttle. I called 4x. It took an hour for the shuttle to arrive. It’s only a few minutes away. No more $ for a taxi or Uber so we stuck it out. But go with Park N’ Fly. They have way more shuttles available.

For the money, I feel this place is adequate. They got us to the airport in a reasonable amount of time 20 minutes. I parked my car and it was in the same place when I got back 9 days later. I read the reviews about taking a long time to pick up after a flight, so we opted to take a taxi and not wait for the shuttle. When we got back to the lot we were in our car and on the road in about five minutes. I will admit, the state of the lot and the building were a bit of a shock, but my expectations were met given the cost.

Awful experience with pick-up. Instructions provided was to wait at a certain pillar at Terminal 1 and call for pick-up. No answer when you call, so we thought there might be shuttles coming every once in a while as instructed. After numerous attempts, we finally got through and was told they will send a driver. 3 calls later and over an hour of waiting we were beyond frustrated especially after a long flight. Another EZ Park customer called an Uber for all of us to take just when the shuttle finally arrived. We expressed our frustration and only received a "thank you for using EZ Park" from the driver. The lot is 3 minutes away, no traffic or construction. I will never use this service again. The Park and Fly shuttles came every 5 min while we waited an hour. Pay the extra and use them- the drivers were very nice and helpful will all of their customers. Save yourself the grief!

It’s not fancy - but if you are pleasant the staff is accommodating. We got checked in and I parked my car. Shuttle picked us up and dropped us off all within 15 minutes. This was done while staff were dealing with 3 other very difficult situations for travellers. For the price and our experience I will return.

DO NOT use this company! Waited over an hour to be picked up, while several other shuttles were picking up every 15 min. EZ parking apologized and offered 2 free parking days for the future.....NO THANKS! Next time I will spend a bit more money and deal with a reputable company.

Not only did we have terrible customer service, the employee didn’t even seem to know what was going on and tried to refuse taking our vehicle for parking we had already paid through the hotel and had receipts and proof of purchase. At this point we were on our way to the airport so needed to park and get the shuttle to the airport. A week later when we went to pick up our vehicle, the same employee denied even working that evening and said they didn’t have our car. He had taken our vehicle when we arrived AND driven our shuttle to the airport. We threatened to call the police and it magically appeared - with the SAME EMPLOYEE driving it to us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
