I park with this team all over the city! I have never had a bad experience and often get the same valets who remember my name, keep up the great work.

Yorkville, Toronto - Gatsby valet service crashed my brand new car (and wrote it off) into another car driven by another Gatsby valet - did not attempt to contact me and proceeded to tow my vehicle to a collision place (known to the owner of the Valet service as I understand) without my knowledge and permission - please beware.

Friends wedding. Asked for my car. I saw them struggling to move the manual Audi S4 off wet grass. Weird huh??? It's all wheel drive. Ran over there to the smell of burnt clutch. Clutch later died. Refused to pay for it and stated they didn't know how much clutch was left. How about enough that it never smelt like burnt clutch???? $1500 out for these incompetent jerks. When I told the guy in charge at the wedding he confirmed what happened but the owner of the company refused to pay. I wouldn't let them drive a hot wheels car.

This is the highest class of valet service you will find in all of Ontario. No other company can compare to the level of customer service, and dedication this team has. From the white gloves to the Gold G's, these guys know how to be Gentleman.
