Excellent and prompt service. Staff were courteous and helpful. I rented car for a week and i had no issues either at the time of pick up or delivery. At the time of returning the vehicle, shuttle service to the airport was busy; staff went out of their way and dropped me at the airport. Overall great costumer service ! DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY This company is clearly ripping people off. I returned a rental today and they charged me $750 for a couple of scratches at the bottom of the front fender. I did not hit the car anywhere and when I took the car I obviously didn't bend down to see any marks down there and the guys response was it was my responsibility to check out car completely. They rehearse a script and are total scammers. I will be reporting them to BBB and warn everyone to stay away from this company. They lure you in with cheap rentals then charge you for every little thing. The tiny fine print which can't even be read by the average person mentions the toll admin fee of $50. Customer service is horrible and it takes over an hour to get to the place, wait in line to get rental then be rushed out by quickly going over the car. Stay away not worth the headache and this company should be shut down as they have no ethics.

Never renting from this car rental again. The process to get to the car rental place was so confusing and they didn’t clearly say they have multiple names and so the shuttle service didn’t come to get us for about an hour. In addition, it took so long just to get the car because the people there were working so slow. When leaving, they had me initial the “contract” but there was not much to read. They charged the money right then as a prepaid fee even though i was assured it would be charged after returning the car (just like any and every other car rental place). Returning the car, the lady working at the counter was so rude. She said someone would be with me to help and it took 10 minutes for someone to show up even though she was just standing there doing nothing. Then the shuttle to go back to the airport was going to take 30 minutes to come so we just took an Uber so we could make our flight. On top of that, they block $500 on your credit card and it took TWO WEEKS for it to go back to my card after returning the car. However what really made me mad was that they charged a $50 “fee” for going through a $5 toll. They said it was on the contract but as I mentioned the contract was one page. I’m a lawyer so I try to read things before I sign and trust me this was a hidden fee, maybe written somewhere but not apparent. Worst service ever, just go somewhere else, it’s not even worth it here

Don't trust your credit card information with this place. You will see unauthorized charges and never be able to get a hold of anyone for an explanation. The service was also very rude and unprofessional.

I don’t ususlly do reviews but this was a terible experience I had with these guys. Bunch Indian guys running the show don’t seem to care for customer service. I guess the reduce the price to accommodate for bad experience. DO NOT RENT FEOM YHESE GUYS!!! Even if tbcoata me $100 dolled more elsewhere I will rather pay. Long story short I ended up canceling my order after waiting for over an hour for shuttle and they didn’t seem to care. The guy on the phone even suggested that I cancel if u can’t wait. How awful is that?
