Park'N Fly Toronto Airport Parking

Good place to park your car. Very safe and they have 24hr security monitoring every lot. In terms of the process when you get your ticket take it with you but don't lose it, then you walk to the bus shelters and wait for the shuttle to the airport. From my experience in the budget lot the bus comes every 20-30 minutes so add it to your planning. The other lots are closer and offer quicker shuttles, valet parking and even detailing service at an extra cost.

I've been using this service for years. My loyalty and habit blinded me from the slowly eroding service, increasing wait times, and shabbily run facilities. Self park and economy shuttles are infrequent and unreliable. They have consistently left me waiting for over an hour. If you like being on time for your flight, do not use anything but their VALET SERVICE. Seriously, you can plan on waiting anywhere from 5 to 100 minutes for a self park or economy shuttle. Just role the dice and wait. It's funny that patience is considered a virtue when it can be forced upon us. I just waited 90 minutes at Pearson, before deciding to take a cab to the self park lot, after a 16 hour flight from China. I seldom use the word 'hate', but I must admit that it resonates today. I'm done with this service.

We were waiting for our shuttle in the COLD heading to Jamaica. I know it's not the drivers fault but almost freezing isn't always funny. The ride was great, driver great. In all its worth it. I'm sure that this would be awesome in the summer.

Awesome service to use. They have 3 different types of parking lots around Toronto airport. Economy, self park and wallet services. I used the economy lit which is about 5 min drive from the departure terminal. You park your own car and proceed to a waiting area where a shuttle will pick you up. There is a system available where you can contact the shuttle driver so he knows you are there waiting. Make sure you go online and get a discount coupon for your stay. I stayed a week which was about 100 dollars regular price. With the discount it cake up to 57 with taxes in. Huge parking lot with lots of room available.

Not a very good experience. Used the economy lot and waited over an hour for a bus. Several passed but were full. So we decided to leave. Driving out, there was a staff member handing out coupons to park in valet at no extra cost. Great but why did the customers need to get angry and leave before learning this? On return, the valet bus took well over 30.minutes to arrive?!? Giving 2 stars because of they tried to fix the problem.
