Very rude staff. Long waits for shuttle. We did valet parking so when dropped off the car, they parked the car and rushed us to the shuttle and did not give us any instructions. They gave receipt and said just show the receipt when picking up the vehicle. They gave us our key though. It was our first time parking with them. We waited at the airport for almost an hour after calling. When we got to the lot, they asked where us our car parked. We didn’t know as it was valet. The driver was very rude to us and kept asking who parked our car and we said it was their staff and we were not given any instructions. We gave home the receipt. He dropped us in the middle of the big lot in dark and cold. He said he has to ho back to airport and we have to find our own car. He was literally yelling at us as if it was our fault that we didn’t know where our card was. Then I went to the booth and spoke to the person at booth. We checked every single row but couldn’t find our vehicle. Finally after arguing and begging another shuttle came and then he drove us around to look for our vehicle. The total pick up time ended up two hours in cold and rude staff. I will never park there again and recommend to be careful and make sure you get the customer service you deserve.
Oh I wish I could give them less. From the start the entire experience was bad with this company. Not only they were deceptive on the online coupon and cost published on their website the service from the moment we arrive to the parking spot. First, we were supposed to receive valet service, not only I had to park my own vehicle, there was absolutely no sense of urgency in processing the vehicle, staff was dismissive at best. The entire process took nearly 30 minutes. Getting on the shuttle, there was absolutely urgency to get people to the airport. The guy kept on talking to a coworker and with all the problems at Pearson we had to raise our concerns to get moving. The driver was not moved by most of us pleading to hurry and I am sure several were late to their departures as I barely made it to mine. On my arrival back to the airport and as per their instructions, we called and provided them with the ticket #. They asked me if I had the key which I told them "no" you took the keys as it was a valet service. It took well over 1 hour for the shuttle to arrive and pick us up... I called 4 times and 4 times I was promised the shuttle was on its way. I had to scream at them on the phone and finally a shuttle arrived. They were not able to find my keys for a while so I wasted another 20 minutes. Terrible and horrible experience and service and I will never use or recommend this service to anyone. Made reservation and didn’t have room, worst experience ever when I have a flight to make. Attempted to park a month earlier lot was full and needed to make a reservation. So made a reservation this time and didn’t go or it. Go with park and fly and at least you know where your car will be. Shady business which used to be great… maybe new owners
I have been using skypark for years with wonderful results, but never the airport road location. I was sent a coupon for valet parking, but when I arrived, the lot looked like a junkyard and was told there was no valet parking. Liars. Upon arriving back after 2 weeks No one was answering the phone. Finally on 3rd attempt I was able to order the pickup. Took forever, it was extremely cold. Got to lot and my car was covered with 7 inches of ice. Took15 minutes to clear it with no gloves on and a light jacket. I am so disappointed. Never again
Just returned form a 2 week trip from Europe and our experience with skypark was great. Phones were answered on time and shuttles were quick to pick up and drop off. Will use their services for sure for our next trip!
They cancelled our reservation without notice. We made a reservation days in advance and when we arrived, the attendant rudely remarked that they reserve the right to cancel without notice, creating some last minute scrambling before our flight. Very true, this is their company policy and therefore a company to avoid with so many other good choices nearby including Pearson Value Park lot which offers online discounts and a free and fast tram ride to any terminal. You have lost our business SkyPark.
The worst. Never ever use this company. The are incompetent and not reputable. They damaged my new Audi when we stupidly left our keys with them for valet parking. Of course they denied it and won’t even answer my phone calls I was told to call and talk to management. Also late getting us to airport and picking up. And very suspicious, no lights at front entrance or on sign. Should not be allowed to operate!!!
The parking facility is in bad shape. It used to be good but not in recent year. There is no guaranteed spot for your booking when you arrive. Cars are parked side by side in extreme narrow spots there are no edge lines for each parking spot and there are double parking as well. Park your car somewhere else if you do not want your car get scratched or dented after your trip!
Horrible customer service. I received extremely rude service and the man working refused to give me a spot as self parking as I booked and he told me that I have to leave them the keys!! I told him I already booked self parking not valet because I am not feeling comfortable to lease the key as I don’t have any liability from them if something happens to the car, so he was so rude and responded back that this the what they have. And when I asked him how come they took more booking over there capacity, he mentioned it’s not his issue. I was and mentioned that it’s not his business. I was so frustrated as it was only less than 3 hrs left to my flight and I have to find an alternative plan. I went to Park’N fly and I was lucky they have a spot for my car. They are so organized not like Skypark. I had a very bad experience with them and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible experience!
Never again! We have used Skypark for years and used to love their valet service. Made a reservation for our first trip since the pandemic, noticed they no longer have the Faskin Dr location which might be the issue Driving round and round the block off of Airport road we couldn't find the lot entrance. Turned out it was blocked off because lot was full. No email, reservations don't matter, read the fine print - they reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. Glad I had already downloaded Park'n'Fly app, we'll be using them from now on.
