Horrible experience. Never again. I only went with this company as my friend had told me that park and fly was under construction which it was not and I fully wish I did more research and went with park and fly initially the price surprised me as it was double the cost of park and fly. As they drop me off at my truck I find it out of its parking spot and running, which initially I thought nice, a warm truck to get into, and much to my surprise after cleaning off all the snow and getting in, my truck is in 4wheel LOW. There should be no reason to use 4 wheel low in this ammount of snow, when regular 4 wheel drive would have been more than enough. And of course, as I put the truck back into 2 wheel drive, I notice shortly after that my front axles are just freely spinning, joints grinding. They must have hammered in in 4LOW forwards and backwards spinning the tires ENTIRELY WAY TOO FAST in 4LOW, and now I get to spend my rest day after vacation replacing a front axle on my truck, and any other damage that occurred while driving home with the problematic axle. You guys should really hire drivers that understand how to operate a vehicle in the wintertime as my friend, who I mentioned before who also went with this company, when they started his car they must’ve turned on the windshield wipers and left, and when he gets to his car, his wiper motor is fried. What a nice hour and a half drive home it must have been at 2 am in the dark in winter with no wipers. Let me tell you this is THE WORST WAY to end a vacation. To top it off I find on the back of my parking slip, a giant liability form excluding them from any damage or theft that may occur under their watch, and at the bottom of this form, it asks for a signature, to which I was never asked to sign, and I was never told about any of it while purchasing, parking, or leaving. Never use this company. I will add photos to another review when I complete replacing the axle.
While traveling with a little one, I must say the service I recieved was phenomenal.nnIn November of 2020, I celebrated United States, Thanksgiving with my family. Parking my car overnight, while I was away, was money well spent. My car was in tack, brushing off a little snow, is the norm. So, that did not bother me at all.nnI was very pleased, I was able to retrieve my car with no mishaps; for the period of time I was away. As well, with the shuttle bus service. To and from. I do not recall waiting a lengthy time at all, very much grateful.
I used Skypark for a 5-day stay - self parked.nCustomer service was excellent from start to finish. The location and distance from the airport were perfectly acceptable for me, and the shuttle service was reliable and well-organized, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I felt confident leaving my car there. I will definitely use Skypark again.
I have been using Skypark for many years 20+ trips and have always had a great experience. The employees have always been helpful and efficient. Recently we used their valet option which was a great especially during the cold winter months. Will be using again.
I will never use this service again. I booked an oil change but they did a car wash instead. I asked the driver who picked us up at the airport if the oil change was done, the driver said yes. Once we got back to park for you i went inside and asked for proof and the lady at front desk said no it was a mixed up. If i didnt asked for proof i would have assumed the oil change was done. And also my key change is missing from my keys. Now too late to get an oil change in our area. Poor service. Book somewhere else dont book here. They are scammers.
