Greater Toronto Airports Authority

This is in regards to one of your outstanding staff: Carla O. At the Toronto Airport. She went above and beyond the typical service of today's standards. (the type of service I recall from year's past). I had lost an object on the plane I had just arrived on. She was able to with great resistance from the United office to retrieve it for me. It is with great thanks and appreciation that I write this review. All the staff at that particular desk were gracious and accommodating. Thank you Carla O!

The cafeteria at the GTAA building is quite nice and features interesting and delightful menu options.

I actually quite like Toronto Pearson / GTAA. I think they have done a good job of trying to improve the food options and parking. However, I do want to leave a message for the CEO - Mr. Howard Eng. Could you please try to improve the flow for incoming Canadian passengers from the USA at Terminal 1 / Canadian Customs. I realize this might be outside our your jurisdiction, however I am unable to leave a review for Canadian customs. At present the computers used to process passengers at Canadian customs are awkwardly positioned. Creating a bottleneck. I cannot help but think that if they were to purchase more computers or position them more ergonomically; instead of hiring people to guide passengers to computers that it could be more efficient. Free WiFi is very slow. Can not even stream SD YouTube. Besides open free public WiFi = no security, if you don't use https, anyone can see your passwords easily.

Free wifi without registration, but duty free for international flights on terminal 3 requires handling that leaves no room for error.
