***UPDATED*** Bought my first ever car from Alan and John. They were both so helpful, answering all of my questions and going over absolutely everything with me. Next time someone I know is looking for a car, I'll definitely be sending them this way!!! One year later on my first claim, when I bought and paid for a full 5 star coverage, after I was told I was covered head to toe for 250 000km, my claim was denied. You liars!!!! I'll be filing a complaint. P.S. I'm not even at 10000 km yet.

Very disappointed with the service I received. As soon as I agreed to buy the car, used 2012 Jetta TDI, all of the customer service essentially disappeared. The Salesman, Norm, was not there on the day of pickup. This was fine with me as he gave me a heads up that he wouldn't be there, but then it turned in to a problem when the work they said would be completed was not. Scuff marks on rear bumper, heated passenger seat, spare key ordered - is what was supposed to be done. When I went to pick up the car the back bumper had not been fixed properly and still had a large scrape on one side. I live over an hour away from the dealership, so making multiple trips to Orangeville is highly inconvenient. I know, it's my own fault for buying a car nowhere near where I live, but I thought that this was the car I really wanted. As I drove the car for the next few days I realized that the alignment of the steering wheel was off, another thing they had to fix along with the scuffed bumper. Ultimately I was forced to meet one of the people from their dealership to swap cars with me so that the work could be done. Two days later the work was complete, but nobody could come and meet me, so I had to drive to Orangeville again to swap back for my car. When I arrived they had no idea that I was supposed to be coming in that day, the scuff on the bumper was not properly fixed, and Norm was not there yet again. I know this is a much longer review than anybody wants to read, but it is a long and annoying story that got me to this point. The simple version is: as soon as I agreed to buy the car, the customer service went out the window. I am very disappointed in how this transaction took place, and I definitely won't be returning to Orangeville Volkswagen.

Just amazing, the team at Orangeville VW went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. Thanks specifically to Elena Zuvic-Cuschieri! We are super happy with our new Atlas.

Just bought my first Volkswagen!! Thank you to the team at Orangeville VW. Tim and Giovanny we're amazing and so patient. If your in the market for a new car go see Tim, best sale guy I've ever delt with!!
