Whatever your dream car is, Mitch can help you! I had such a great time picking out my new truck with his help - he was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. I would absolutely come back when the time comes to choose my next ride. Along with Mitch, I enjoyed working with Michelle and Greg who helped move mountains to put me in my new truck in such a short time frame! A fun experience from start to finish!
Our entire experience at Orangeville VW was incredible. Kirk Taylor was our sales associate and he is one of the best. Kirk walked us through our purchase answering every question with the most patience. Steven Tran was also incredible through the finance process answering all of my questions even when I asked the same one a number of times. We are from out of town, but we will go back for future purchases.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience after purchasing our 2024 Atlas from Kirk & the team!nnAfter trying several other vehicles we are super happy that we decided on VW.nnThe customer service team was unlike any other dealership we had been too. Kirk was extremely helpful at arranging the test drives with our busy schedules and extremely knowledgeable and personable : He genuinely cares about your VW experience !nn100% recommend!nnUpdate: Kirk and sales are still amazing, however, their service department customer service does not come close to the amazing experience with my last different brand car.nnFrom getting voicemail every time you call service, to the aloofness of the woman in the service dept who dealt with me while on the phone with another customer the entire time when I went to pick up.nnThere was no explanation of what was done to my car or what the charges invoiced it was due for 15k, even when asked she brushed me off. Note that my new atlas had been towed there bc of a defective battery.nnDisappointed to say the least esp after buying a top of the line VW and experiencing far superior service with another brand.nnI have changed my star rating from 5 to 3 bc of this
Our whole experience from starting to look at cars to picking up our new vehicle was amazing! Kirk supported our purchase and he made us feel like family at our first meeting.
