I just bought my very first car from Gary. We spoke on the phone earlier in the day regarding a test drive. When I got there he had everything ready for me. We went on a test drive in both the Cruz and Malibu. He paired my phone so I could test out the speakers. He put it louder than I did! After the test drives we went into his office to discuss pricing. Everything worked out and I put a deposit down. Once my insurance was finalized I went back to finish financing and mentioned how I really like the black bow tie. When my new car day finally arrive (the next day), he surprised me with black bow ties! Originally, I had planned to show around, but I loved the Malibu and Gary so much, it was a no brainer. He even let me shed a tear over trading in my old impala without poking fun. He was absolutely amazing, and I would most definitely recommend Royal Chevrolet, especially Gary!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This is hands down the best dealership I've ever serviced a vehicle at. Dave and Jenny are always friendly, honest and professional, and the service manager Blaine is always willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Booking appointments is always a breeze and they've always been able to squeeze me in (even same day) to accommodate my busy work schedule. Great job to the Royal Chev service team demonstrating how things should be done!
