Fred’s Tire Discounter Tire and Auto Service Centre

Bought new winter tires & rims from David in November, Fred's had a GREAT price & the winter tires are amazing. They had a customer line up out the door in November, I phoned all over Orangeville & no one else could do it that day, but I understand it is the busiest month of the year. I dropped it off, by the end of my work day it was done & they picked me up from work also, Great Tires, Great Price, Great work. They will now have all my 4 vehicle business. Just got an oil change & service & Freds Tire staff was GREAT again, see you next week for the next service. Thanks David & staff. PS See you in April for new summer rims & Tires

Terrible experience! I received a demeaning and belittling customer service. "Get up earlier" to get in line for a tire change? I don't think so, I pay you for services and if you don't take appointments simply state so. I came in for a winter tire change once, and never again. No complaint on the mechanics during the actual car servicing. Picking and choosing who you treat nice is not customer friendly and hence my review for you, Fred's Tire. I watched others receive genuine customer service as I felt like an inconvenience to their business. No problem! Gladly take my services else where!

Great staff and service. David has always been extremely nice and respectful as the rest of their staff is aswell. They run on a first come first serve basis which appeals to me as that is fair and what's right to do. If you don't want to line up and wait for their great service be there early in the year before the tire season rush or early in the morning to get seen sooner. Regardless always worth the wait and I will be coming back as I always do! Thanks Fred's.

Didn't help me too good. Treated me like slum when I was there to spend. They pointed me over to the mag's in the corner and told me to look what I was there for find it for myself I was like really man these mags are 2in thick I know exactly what I'm looking for I want you help me and they said yeah yeah yeah grab a book in the corner

Had my wife's winter tires installed today. Dave was amazing helped us out a lot and had us served the same day. I will bring my auto business to Fred's tire only.
