Not Sure if I believe the Bad Reviews Written about Jim Carson ( Blackstock Owner ) I bought a New 2017 F250’At Jim’s Dealership And There was A Couple Of Problems That Were 110% Addressed And Taken Care Of by Jim Himself / From Calling me while on a Family Vaction To Making sure that every detail of the Customizing Of my truck was 110% Done to My Liking / I can honestly say that Jim Carson is MAN of his word and in a Imperfect World he Honestly tries to make his Customers Experience Perfect. Lastly the service department ,there is obviously a chain of command in any operation and there is always in any business Car Dealership or Tim Hortons mistakes made or Slip ups but it’s how they are addressed that make the Consumer Appreciate Quality and Customer Service . That Makes Blackstock standout I know personally that if there is a mistake or Slip up Jim Carson will 110% look at it , Address and Correct it . That’s TRUE Customer Service Thanks Jim All The Best

This rating is SOLELY based on their service department and I am only writing it after repeatedly returning there and hoping things would improve. My first visit to the service department was about 8 months after buying my brand new Ford Escape (it was purchased from a different dealership). My "Service Transmission" light came on so I took it into Blackstock Ford's service department and lo and behold we have a bum transmission. They decide to rebuild the transmission (it was under warranty still) and after much argument they provide us with a rental (which seems fair when it's not our fault we were given a defective transmission). They had the Escape for a week to fix it that time. They gave it back to us and less than a week later, "Service Transmission" light comes on again. We bring it back to Blackstock Ford and tell them what's happening. They decide to rebuild it again. 5 weeks later, we have our Escape back. 5 WEEKS...to put in one transmission. But we figure we finally have our vehicle back and it's all working well, let it go. Now we're looking at 2 months later and I notice I need an oil change, so I go to see my regular guy (not Ford) and the very first thing he sees when he puts the vehicle up...leaking transmission oil!!! They somehow managed to mess up something so simple as sealing the transmission properly so that the fluid doesn't just drain out. The best part is that I was at Blackstock Ford less than 2 weeks prior to that to have my snow tires put on (another ridiculous experience - why do we book appointments if they're not honoured??), and yet they failed to notice that it was leaking fluid. I will never bring my vehicle here again. I don't know if this is the kind of service that they give you because it is covered under warranty or if they just genuinely don't understand the meaning of the word SERVICE.

Very friendly and courteous when I arrived at my scheduled time for service. The team took my vehicle in right away and completed the service without delay! It was great to have the personal touch after the service was completed with a recap of all the major checks completed during the service. Very efficient and professional!

What a pleasant experience i had at Blackstock Ford. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We dealt with Brayden Raymond who sold us a Focus. He took his time to explain every detail. I will highly recommend Blackstock.

Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Very friendly, honest, and sincere staff. I’ve had nothing but a great experience here, would recommend them to anyone!
