What an exceptional experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I walked on the lot, to The second I drove away with my new vehicle. I was pleased with everyone involved in the transaction and everyone at the entire dealership so friendly.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car despite being the first Tesla this dealership has sold. Spoke to Brayden before making the drive down, he gave me all the information, additional pictures and details I wanted before driving two hours. Once I got there, the only thing left was to test drive and finalize pricing. Best part was, no back and forth, I told him what I wanted, he told me his best price, we had a 2-minute negotiation and to my surprise within a few minutes we had an agreement and I was on my way. Brayden was awesome, straight-shooter, furthest thing from the typical sleazy pushy salesman. Kylie, the finance manager, was just as great, kept on top of communication, straight forward, to the point and had an approval in less than two hours, I was back two days later to pickup the car. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the market for a Raptor

Very disappointing experience.nnI drove 1 hour for this vehicle after being told the accident was minor/tiny. When I arrived, I learned the claim was approximately $7,000, not what I was expecting based on the information provided.nnThe car wasn’t even in test-drive condition — flat tire, damaged rim, not drivable.nnCustomers deserve honest, complete disclosure before making a long trip. I wasted significant time because important details were not communicated clearly.

What an amazing deal. Look I was stuck in a very bad lease. It was going to hurt to the tune of ouch $$$$ plus. Ross got it done. He sacrificed for a stranger. Sales people like this are very few and far between. If you need a ford or lincon if you need honesty & truth and great customer service. Blackstock is where you need to be.

There are not enough stars for this dealership! Jodie Bryant & the team saved us from a disaster with our truck. We had been around the block and back with bad service dangerous service actually, from other locations that had neglected work that should’ve been done, and Blackstock Ford Lincoln Welcomed us in with kindness, a can-do attitude, and 10 out of 10 seasoned service. No question, just a “get it done, we’ll take care of you” experience. Every step of the way, they accomodated our needs & truly went above & beyond any expectations I ever had of typical dealership interactions. Not going anywhere else! So Grateful.
