I purchased a used Mazda6 from Orangeville Chrysler and unfortunately the experience after the sale has left me disappointed. And the GM is not even interested in replying back to an email sent 10 days ago.nnBefore purchasing, I specifically discussed that this vehicle would be used for long-distance commuting, approximately 200 km each way, so reliability and safety were extremely important to me. The vehicle was sold as certified/safetied, which gave me confidence at the time of purchase.nnHowever, after reviewing the safety inspection details more carefully, I became concerned about the brake wear measurements already documented on the report. The numbers clearly showed significant wear,95% which raised questions about whether the vehicle should have passed certification in that condition.nnWhen I brought up my concerns, I was told the service department could “check” the brakes again and repair them if necessary. Unfortunately, by that point I had already lost confidence in the inspection and workmanship process. A customer should not have to second-guess a safety certification immediately after purchasing a vehicle.nnThe sales staff were polite throughout the process, which I appreciate, but overall I expected much better transparency and attention to safety-related details from a dealership.nnDon't trust themnnUpdate: Randy from Chrysler reached out and arranged to replace the parts in question promptly, so I have updated the review to 4-Stars. But it should not have required this to get it done. However, well done by the dealership that sold us the car.
