Brought my Nissan Vera Note in for some work, real professional. The service techs know what they're doing, also they take pictures which is always nice to see they take pride on replacing the parts which is a nice safety secruity knowing they're taking their time in a good manner to make sure my car is road safe. You need your car in perfect shape I do recommend going here. Also used the shuttle service twice. Was excellent. Had 2 different drivers both were really friendly and very entertaining. It's nice to know that a big dealership like this has genuinely nice people.

Lucas went above and beyond and made sure to stick within our budget and didn’t pressure us into anything. You are great at what you do and it shows you are truly passionate about it. Amazing customer service. Walked into the dealership and instantly felt welcomed. My husband and I will definitely be returning and recommending Lucas to anyone who needs a new car. This review is long overdue and my sincere apologies to Lucas and the entire team. Never in my life did I expect to be thrilled about purchasing a car. I was so used to not having a car payment for years that I was super overwhelmed when I walked onto this car lot. We were maybe on the lot for 3 minutes and out comes this sharply dressed sales "person". Uh oh, I thought, here we go. Well wasn't I surprised that Lucas our sales rep was delightful. He introduced himself, asked us about our reason for the visit, and then assured us that he was there to help, and provide any information we needed and that was it. I think he could see the "deer caught in the headlights" expression. So we test-drove one of their used vehicles and I fell in love. Lucas explained all of the vehicle's options, read the car fax, explained the warranty, and then went to the negotiating stage. Being super overwhelmed I thanked him and said that I needed to sort out the finances and I would be back. A friendly hand shake and smile from Lucas and that was it. Three weeks later I returned to see Lucas, and was ready to make my purchase. I wasn't overwhelmed at all, Lucas and the rest of the team at Orangeville Nissan made me feel comfortable and supported me through the entire process. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and I love my little Rogue! By far a great experience, and am super proud to be giving this review.
Was greeted even though they were busy. Throughout my appointment was kept up to date with how long it was going to be and what they were doing. Surprised by the washed car at the end, something other dealerships don't do. Besides spending a ton of money it was a great service.
By far the best car buying experience for my wife and I we love cars - owned over 10 cars in the past 13 years. Ryan and Nes went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Quite rare to experience this level of customer service at this day and age, in any service industry. 10/10!
I just purchased a Qashqai from Orangeville Nissan. It was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Lucas and Nes were amazing to work with. They were both honest, friendly, and amazing at their job. I will only purchase vehicles from Orangeville Nissan from now on.

Absolutely amazing experience buying my first car here! JOSH was phenomenal and such a great help with absolutely everything. He made me feel so confident and excited about my decision. His team always welcomed me with open arms, big smiles and lots of laughs but still kept it professional and made me feel secure. NES was also amazing, he gave me so much knowledge about cars and kept it real with me since this was my first time ever buying a car and driving alone. I appreciate it so much when people like JOSH and NES can do more than just sell cars, they teach you and provide a fun environment and overall an amazing friendly experience. I will be returning to Orangeville Nissan for ALL my car needs thank you guys!
