This dealership did a great job at helping me get my dream car! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very well clean dealership. Very easy and not stressful Process when applying for a car, the staff made sure I was well taken care of. The service department was very friendly and responsive when assisting with which tires would fit my car best. Had an overall great experience and look forward to picking up my new car! Would highly recommend.
My husband and I just had the BEST experience purchasing our family suv from this dealership. Not only was the vehicle in mint condition as promised, but the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond in every aspect, very professional staff, respectful, patient, and kind. The dealership at Orangeville Hyundai was amazing. They replaced my engine with a brand new one when it was ceased. Tim, Peter, Nick and Eric were very professional and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs.
Great atmosphere, everyone's so kind and welcoming. I came in for service on my car and Nick in service described everything in detail to me and was very honest and understanding. I've never had an issue with Orangeville Hyundai and will continue to be a costumer for a long time.
I've dealt with other dealerships in the past that were a total nightmare. Dealing with the Orangeville location and Nick specifically was such a breath of fresh air. He was knowledgable and courteous. He helped solve my car issues quickly and streamlined the entire process. I'd definitely recommend coming here and asking for Nick specifically!
BEST SERVICE EVER!! Have been taking my car here for years. Service staff is always helpful, mega friendly, and you can tell these people CARE! While I've had issues with other Hyundai dealerships, I will always recommend Orangeville Hyundai! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Edit: SPECIAL shoutout to Service Manager Tim for being incredibly kind to me and my entire family! The Meyer's LOVE you!
Good service, good customer service and their service technicians are knowledgeable. I'm not one to normally trust dealerships because of some previous bad experiences at other dealerships but this one is one that I trust. I do have to say the warranty period for their work is absolutely unreasonable and is something that has to change because I can see it becoming a point of contention. I paid for extended warranty and had a hood latch changed under warranty. Unfortunately, I had to replace the exact same latch and even though it was done within a few months of the initial change I was informed the latch could only be done free of charge if my vehicle was under warranty. They informed me that the warranty from the first latch lasts as long as I am still under warranty or extended warranty. This means if I get work done on my car and the part breaks the next day and my warranty ended as well the replaced part has no warranty whatsoever. I had my latch replaced and we'll within a few months had to change the latch again and they didn't warranty the initial replacement. Thankfully I was still under extended warranty.
Jack is an amazing person, he is so reliable. He gave me an exact date of the arrival of the car and he took care of everything. He was so fast at responding, his feedbacks are great. One time I texted him at night and he replied so quickly. He is very thoughtful and overall a great person. I was so happy to meet him and work with him. I am pleased beyond words.
The friendly service at this location is beyond words. The loyalty of the teams honesty offers so much when looking and comparing vehicles. Super thankful of being able to say that I am a proud customer of Orangeville Hyundai!
Took our car in for scheduled maintenance earlier and was helped by Nick. He was helpful, personable and took the time to explain our service details. Service Personnel at Hyundai Orangeville have been exemplary and we are for sure going back for all our auto service needs.
